“My service organization regularly came to Silver Spoons' predecessor, so when we found out that Silver Spoons was open, we made the restaurant our next meeting location so we can try it out!

I usually order my go-to to test out a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the pork pad see ew ($14.95) and mild golden curry with chicken ($14.95). I would've ordered a fried rice, but the mild papaya salad ($13.95) caught my attention instead. Note that the dishes come with your choice of chicken, pork, or tofu included in the price, but if you want beef, it'll be an extra dollar, and for shrimp, an extra $2. What was surprising was that the curry doesn't come with white rice. You'd have to fork out an extra $2.50 for that. I thought everything tasted great, though both the papaya salad and pad see ew was a little heavy on the sauce.

My friend ordered mango sticky rice ($12.99) for dessert and I was surprised and happy they had that available (I went to another Thai restaurant during Christmas time and while they had the mango sticky rice on the menu, they said it was not in season so they weren't selling any). I took a few bites of it and enjoyed it -- not too sweet and not too heavy! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free Thai tea.

“Thai food is a hit or miss ,and some better than others. So far Lucky Thai has been better than most, with a few drawbacks when then run out of product. All food is made fresh from my trips here. This establishment is inside the 168 Market and is very simple, small seating to eat there or you can have take out. Service takes a little time for prep in most cases, but worth the wait.“

“Chili tango is my absolute go to in the Covina area. I’ve been here a half dozen times, both the food and service are always excellent and never disappoint.
The parking is decent for a small mall area with at least 5 different businesses.
The inside is on the smaller side but has ample seating with 8 tables.
The employees are always welcoming and the chef is very skilled.
My go to favorites are chicken satay, spicy beef salad, spicy bamboo shoots with chicken, either chicken or seafood Tom kha gai and mango rice 🙌“

“Great meal here. Had the Crab Fried Rice, Pad See Ew, and Pad Thai, portions were generous and flavors were well balanced, not overly salty or sweet. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity you get.

The interior is clean and comfortable, and the open kitchen is a nice touch, you can see the food being prepared which adds to the sense of cleanliness. Service was solid throughout the meal.

For our matin entrees, we got the Crispy Pork Belly Kaprao, Filet Mignon Cashew Nuts, and the Crispy Pork Chili & Sea Salt. This was also the order we enjoyed in. I recommend that if you get the Crispy Pork Chili & Sea Salt, ask for less salt. I like my food salty and savory, but the sea salt seemed to be too heavy this time around.“

“FIVE STARS! From the delicious and hearty plus healthy delightfulness of the curries to the cozy atmosphere of this place I give it a five star rating! Our service was nice and very fast to deliver our food. The curries were perfectly spiced and seasoned they didn’t even need salt! I got the yellow curry with a level 2 spice (which was personally a little too spicy for me but eh that’s fine) it was delicious! “Wonderful, extensive menu that includes many Thai restaurant favorites, and some unique items. I had the "Wings Of Angel" appetizer, cucumber salad, and mango w/ sticky rice. All of the food was great, and the service was fast and friendly.“

“I have been craving to try boat noodle soup ($15.95) since I've seen it online. It is a blood-based soup so it's a dark brown but the taste is not noticeable. It comes with thin noodles, sliced beef, pork meatballs, green onions, pork rinds, Thai basil, and cilantro. They do have a Thai level of spicy and they do warn that they do not to re-makes of dishes.

I also got their pork jerky which came with a side of spicy fish sauce dip.

“As someone who is particular about Thai food, Thai Seven in Downtown Brea genuinely impressed me. This is one of those hidden gems where you can immediately tell there is real attention being paid to the kitchen.

The first thing that stood out was the aroma—the unmistakable fragrance of a properly fired wok, with that smoky depth that gives Thai cooking so much character. The Spaghetti Kee Mao was exceptional: aromatic, savory, beautifully seasoned, and full of wok-fired flavor without being overwhelmed by sauce. We’ve been to many Thai restaurants and the food is always good as expected - but Le Kinaree Thai Eatery took it a higher level. Almost everything we ordered was spot on. ( I said almost because the squid appetizer was chewy).
Each curry flavor offered a very good distinct taste that really highlighted the ingredients.
Nice atmosphere, good lighting, friendly service and lots of parking too.
From the appetizers, to the main courses down to the desserts, and of course the 5 stars service - we had a wonderful time, definitely recommended!!!“

Overall, Trendy Thai offers an incredible combination of delicious food and excellent customer service.
