“For some reason there's only a few cashier s who never gets my order wrong. Their names are Alfredo, Diana, Brianna,& Yajaira. On point with customer service, register, and attitude. Food is so and so. Other than that everything else is average.”

“Jamul is a little outside of my service area as a plumber, but I found myself there helping a friend with his home. On the drive home, I was hungry and thrilled to discover a Filippis Pizza on Campo Rd. I love their cheese pizza and had to stop in for a late lunch. It’s a nice place, similar to the Escondido location near me, with the Chianti bottles hanging throughout the dining room room. The staff was friendly and Amanda seated me right away and took good care of me. The cheese pizza was delicious like always. Knowing that Filippis here in Jamul, I think I will be more willing to schedule appointments out here😁”

“We went to Hacienda Grill over the weekend for a birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome! Our server was very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place. We will be coming back soon. 😊”

“The epitome of a 5 star experience. Just upon entry, the host was warm, smiled and opened the door with a no judgement energy when I asked about dress policy. I chose to sit at the bar and was instantly greeted by Scotty the bartender. His hospitality was sincere, genuine, & knowledgeable. I’ve been to this hotel about 10 times and this experience at Prime made every visit worth it. All of his recommendations were on point. The hamachi crudo had a perfect texture and balance of citrus and sweetness. I chose the sea bass and Scotty recommended mashed potatoes as a side and upon the first bite it was like butter melted in my mouth. Amazing!!! The conversations between himself, myself, management, & bar patrons reflected what it truly meant to have a nice, not too serious, yet a touch of “I love what I do” type of evening. Also, I had the GBC martini and holy crap! Amazing! I would give this place a 11/10 and will gladly be back! Thanks Scotty and the Prime team. Truly left with a smile on my face, every bite,sip, and smile made me so happy!

“We had my husband's 60th birthday party there on the 18th. Greg and Alan worked with me to provide a wonderful experience for this special event.
Everything from the atmosphere, food and service was excellent. Our guests were very impressed and had so much fun and left with full bellys!
Our servers Manny and David were very helpful and on top of it.
I will always recommend Loft 94 to anyone needing a venue for a special occasion or just dining.”

“Located inside Sycuan Casino, this is such a great spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal. One of the best parts about this place is the beautiful view overlooking the Sycuan pool and surrounding mountains—it really adds to the whole experience.

The menu has something for everyone, including all-day breakfast (which I love) along with a variety of other delicious options. It’s become a go-to spot for my family and me whenever we’re celebrating a birthday or any special occasion.

If you come for dinner, don’t skip the bread—they serve it warm and it’s so good. Some of my favorite dishes here are the calamari, salmon, pasta, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with their breakfast either.

Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re at Sycuan and looking for a great meal with a view.”

“It was a busy morning and the receptionist alarmed us that service would be slow, I wonder if they could solve that by hiring more personnel. The waitstaff was very professional and nice. The food was good, it was all a very nice athmosphere.”

“This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.”

Service is fast and you get a number for your order to see it on a screen when it’s done.
It’s a grab and go place with seating accurate just to the left of the deli. You have the chance to still play at the spots or relax with one of their free self serve drink fountain.”

“maybe things have changed since all of the bad reviews, but one thing I can say is this is not a 2.7 star establishment. would i go here if I had other options available? no. but this place will take care of you when no other place is open, and the food is honestly decent. not great, but decent. can't complain when its almost 2am and we were starving”

“My wife and I just moved here from Dallas, TX now living in Carlsbad, we purchased tickets to see Killer Queen tonight, we got to the Casino early to have dinner and sat at the bar at Rank and File, the service was fantastic, super friendly staff and attentive. I believe the bartender nick name was Avi or Avaranza? Sorry can t remember anyway super nice and took outstanding care of us. His recommendation which we took was the Pot Roast and my wife tried the Cheeseburger along with a few Woodford on the Rocks, everything tasted fantastic and honestly better than we thought it would be at a casino! WE Will Be Back Again! Thanks for great service and food.”

“Love coming here! The staff for the most part is always friendly (ok 9 times out of 10, the staff is usually friendly). They make your sub how you tell them to make it. Oh and let me get started on the manager, I dont know his name but he is awesome! He knows how to treat his regular customers! It makes you feel good when you spend your hard earned cash in a place where they really appreciate your business!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! :)”

“Came here for dinner around 8 during my stay at Sycuan Casino. After looking at the menu at the front, we decided what we wanted and ordered at the counter. We ordered the Shumai, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Mongolian Beef. The food was good; had better elsewhere. The rice was a little dry. The staff was friendly during our interactions at the counter and when we got out food. No table service. The atmosphere is a little loud given the location in the casino, but we were still able to have a conversation. I wouldn't mind coming back if staying at Sycuan Casino.”
