“From the moment we walked into the Pizza Factory, the staff made us feel welcome. We asked for recommendations, and they were quick to tell us about the Awesome Pizza, which is appropriately named. It is loaded with goodies. The dough is baked perfectly, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. They have a small but well-maintained salad bar full of fresh eats too, and we enjoy a cool, crisp salad on a hot day before we share our favorite pie. And if you still have room for dessert, get the cinnamon sticks. So yummy! Also, it is nice to have a family friendly pizza parlor to hang out at with indoor seating as well as a small arcade upstairs. You should definitely check it out!”

“Ate here with my partner yesterday. It was different than we were expecting. It was extremely hot outside so we ate inside. There was no air conditioning in this place but we sat down to eat anyway. I had the BLT and my partner had the patty melt and we both had the German potato salad. The food was so good, we forgot about the heat. We both demolished our sandwiches and potato salad. We also had a tasty red beer that was sooo good! This place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was friendly and looked happy to be working there. We appreciate you all and hope you have a great summer 🌻”

“Pipeline was a great place. Cool interior, wonderful menu and awesome friendly, super attentive waitstaff. My elderly parents split a sandwich and our waiter already had it in separate plates when she brought it out. I had Lord of the Rings burger with fries and it was delicious. The food was as good as Brew pubs in Corvallis and mountain resort towns in Colorado. I highly recommend it. Mt Shasta City is a beautiful small resort town”

“They make amazing real shakes, not that fake fruit crap! Very friendly environment. I had a chicken burger, wasn't great....almost tasted a little fishy, but my son had a cheeseburger and it was delicious; fries a bit salty for my liking but still good! Definitely stop in if you are in their town!! 😊”

“I've been to this location before, & the service has always been great. This visit had my order ready to go & I was able to get in and out very quickly with a staff member assisting me to gather it all & bag it up for easier transportation. Papa Murphy's Pizza is my favorite take n bake pizza place, with this location being fantastic.

“We dropped in this morning 6/20/24 and had a great experience. The staff was great and taught me to like matcha… quite a win. The bear claw was divine and we enjoyed watching more being made along with the cinnamon rolls. Very worth the stop on our travels from Seattle area. Thanks!”

“Awful experience! 😔 the pizzas were outside more than 15 minutes with flies 🪰🦟 when I ask the cook to change it for me, his answer was that I was lucky that it was just 15 minutes with flies, cause the way they run the business outside it is like that, with flies 😵‍💫 Didn’t expect that answer and I cancel the order. They made me wait on line for the cancellation a lot of time (I suspect it was in purpose 🙄)”
