“Premier Dessert Art is a low-key, casual shop, which serves delicious, unique, and creative desserts.

It is located in the middle of a row of shops and popular restaurants, including Mama Lu’s Dumplings and Chubby Cattle.

Free parking is available in the parking lot behind the shops and restaurants or on the street close by. Space is limited. You should probably come before or after dinner in order to avoid the crowds.

The dine-in area in the shop is not too big. There are mostly small tables for 2 people. But there are larger tables for 4-6 people in the front of the shop.

To place a dine-in order, you need to scan the QR on the little sign (with table number) on each table.

A server will bring out your dessert order to your table when the order is ready in about 15 min. The wait time may be more or less depending on how busy the shop is.

After you’re done eating, you pay your bill at the cashier register in the middle of the shop. Be sure to include a tip to show your appreciation for the nice service.

“Excellent shaved Ice. This is the only shaved ice that I've ever eaten that actually tastes like Ice cream. It's incredibly delicious and worth the visit. I recommend their mango melon. It's perfection. Strawberry one is great too if you like Strawberries. It is a small place and finding a place to sit inside will be challenging and uncomfortable if you get claustrophobic in a small busy space. I suggest take out. Also, parking is an issue but that's pretty much Pasadena for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend it.“

“I came here for gelato, and it was absolutely delicious! Both the sugar cone and the cup were excellent. The strawberry flavor is my favorite, and it was simply perfect. We also brought our little dog with us, and she was welcomed so warmly and received lots of attention. We’re so happy we found this place. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained down to every detail. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a delicious afternoon treat.“

“Really good if you’re into guilt free desserts that aren’t overly sweet! I tried the mango coconut jelly and the mango pomelo sago and both were a mild sweetness that was not overwhelming making it easy to enjoy the entire dessert from start to finish. And you get a cute jar to keep and reuse so that’s a plus!“

The snow has perfect, light texture with creamy milk flavor with mango chunks underneath and capped with a generous scoop of their mango ice cream. Also included are small bowls of sweet sticky rice, mango syrup, mango chunks and sweetened condensed milk.

This is large enough to share among 4 people. Seats and tables are limited so during busy times you will have to wait to be seated. Servers are friendly and helpful. Sample their ice cream when you order; the flavors are unique!“

Only downside is if you are trying to get some churros on the weekends it is hard to find parking around the area! And do expect a long line to get your churro. It's light, not too sweet Percy texture and so delicious. They have the original , matcha , strawberry and Oreo flavors. You can either one flavor or a set of all 4.

The taro snowflakes is a must try, creamy taro sponge cake made with real taro.

This shop is clean, cutesy and is family owned and I was helped by the owner's mom, she's super nice lady, the owner makes all the cakes.
