“I love this place, for more than the food. The employees at the registers are always great food is solid and a hit every time. But on occation i have been blessed to be eating when the owner is on site. And whitinesed how kind he was to a few un housed individuals and restored my faith a little in humanity. He had no reason to as we all know too well, however he understood that it takes 3 seconds to be kind to someone. And that has made me a lifetime customer and any time our crew is in el cajon this is where we spend our money!“

“Always delicious. Two of the 3 dinners we ordered were incorrect. They fixed the problem but the drive thru people got our order which they left with. Our uncle was almost finished with his food before we received our correct order. Not normally this bad but once we got the food it was delicious“

“This place is great! I’ll admit the ordering process seemed to have a bit of a hiccup but the food was exactly as ordered and amazingly delicious. We each had a gyro plate with rice and salad to go and it was delicious! Love that they served all the sauce and dressing on the side. I can’t wait to go back and try the shawarma and lentil soup!“

“I have been going to Gyros House for years, and have never had a bad experience. It's my go-to for gyros, and (in my opinion) the best option in the Parkway Plaza food court.

The food is reasonably priced and amazing quality. The gyro meat is perfectly seasoned, hot, and tender. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The pita is soft, warm, and flavorful. The sauces are perfect. The portions are big and very much worth the cost. The french fries are crispy and light, always hot and perfectly salted.

The customer service is incredible. The man who always makes my gyros always has a smile on his face and puts a smile on mine. Same with the woman who sometimes works the register. They are kind and helpful.

Very lovely people, very good food, great prices. Much better than the chain gyro places around.“

“Took my wife to Al Finejan a few times. Always enjoyed the food and Daniel the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Went there tonight and it was closed. Called their phone and the number was changed to an unknown number. Sad to think that this fine restaurant may have closed down.“

“Have always enjoyed a short walk to Elsa Kitchen to pick up their very delicious Burger and Fries and Soda Pop combination. Since I moved to this neighborhood just over 4 Years ago (March 2019) have enjoyed bringing my best buddy "Rocker Spaniel" here on our walks. He Loved the Greek Scenery:) and claro que si the food two. Let us not forget the BLACK and White illuminati Checkerboard tiles. Rocker left us at Age 12 Dog Years on February 18th but putting his photo on my Smart Phone screen saver refreshed my Love ❤️ for this place. “The restaurant is very pleasant even though full. The food came out fresh and hot. Tristan made the experience with the new menu very easy and was able to answer all of our question. He made good suggestion, the apple walnut salad was delicious, and was very attentive.“

“The workers are always so kind and ready to greet you with a smile. The restaurant is always clean and has a welcoming feeling as soon as u enter. The dishes are always clean in the mornings, not like other restaurants where you see dirty spots on the cups. It's just amazing service especially on Sundays the busy days. Props to everyone working there. The owner really knows how to manage a restaurant. I will recommend many friends and family to eat here knowing they'll leave satisfied. The young looking guy that's always wearing an apron on Sundays and sweeping, working nonstop is always saying hi to everyone and very kind. He looks like a hardworker.

Vegetarian options: They have plenty of yummy vegetarian options. Just let them know what your craving and they will accommodate.

Parking: They have plenty of parking. And extra parking.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are always very sweet and patient with the kids. My daughter loves going to give them hugs.“

“This small pizzeria is just getting under way. In addition to pizza, they also offer calzones, sandwiches, pastas, wings, salads, and gyros sandwiches and plates. I had the latter in the form of a sandwich on a pita for $9.99 plus tax a la carte.The gyro sandwich was good. I liked the gyro meat. It had good crispy edges, was tender, and tasted good. I would have liked a little more meat. The pita bread was good, too. It was soft and warm. The sandwich came with plenty of lettuce and tomatoes and some red onions which I liked.The gyro sandwich definitely needed more tzatziki sauce. I suggest that they offer a small container of sauce on the side or, at the very least, add a nice drizzle on top.Service was friendly enough. The pizzeria offers some inside seating.“
