“I just ate here for my birthday on Saturday. I have been to Belize and this food took me right back there. The owner Leslie, is from Belize and is very friendly and attentive, as his the staff. Phenomenal food, and large portions. Get the sampler platter for your appetizer, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you are ever in Gardena, you should stop here. Gardena Cinema is a few blocks away, and is also fantastic. The restaurant closes at 7pm, and most shows start at 7:30, so it makes for the perfect evening.“

“This is a classic diner, locally owned with a big menu and a very solid breakfast. The shakes are old school with the chocolate shakes made with chocolate ice cream. There is very little turn over in the friendly staff which makes me think the owners try to do right by them. “Great place for coffee and dessert. Can get busy and seating is a bit tight . Parking can be challenging but it's manageable. If you are stuck on the 405 and have some time to spare or would rather do something else besides just sit in traffic this is a great spot.“

“Came here for breakfast while traveling in Washington. Establishment seems to be well managed and well maintained. Matthew was our server and did an excellent job of taking care of us. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler, which I believe used to be called the Grand Slam. It came with two eggs, three meats, hash browns, and buttermilk pancakes. Breakfast of champions!
