“From the Beef plate to Udon to sushi rolls everything is amazing. I found this gem just walking around and it has become one my favorite spots where I visit weekly. All the food is so fresh and the flavor is amazing and portions are generous. A must go while in LA.“

“A bit off the beaten path, but delicious acai bowls are available here. I had the chocolate dream (which comes with chocolate chips!) while my friend had the makai bowl. You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.“

“Worth the flight and drive out. The closest thing to Hawaiian poke (if you’ve had it before). Quality of the fish is awesome, ingredients super fresh, service amazing. Quantity is bountiful. Not a lot of space to sit and eat there but it’s perfect for a car picnic or drive it down to the beach.“

The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. “This is our favorite poke bowl spot in the area because you have so many options and everything is fresh and delicious. The bows range in size so you can do a lighter bowl with a green base or go for the traditional rice if you dare. The eel here is really good and most poke spots don't even offer it. Fish is super fresh and there are seemingly endless toppings, sauces, add-on, and choices where you could do thousands of combinations. There are little things too.. just the say the kitchen puts the blows together they always look very artistic and appetizing.. other spots the bowls just aren't this pretty. If you love poke this is the place for the fully loaded style bowls with a ton of options.“

“My brother and I went here last weekend and ordered the chicharron sandwich… we both agreed, that has to be one of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had . Absolutely delicious with so many flavors coming through. The staff and the owner were also very warm and welcoming. If you’re walking the boardwalk it’s a must.“

Delicious, and the entire team is very friendly and patient with ordering, particularly when it's a new biz with new and unfamiliar food items.
Best part, there's no dairy or lactose! 🙏 😇 Over 60% of American adults over 30 yo have some form of this, so this biz is ahead of their time with nutritious foods like this. The red tea is incredible, tropical and floral.

We indulged in the fantastic barbecue ribs, which were perfectly fall-off-the-bone tender. Paired with their incredible poke and generous portions of teriyaki chicken and rice, plus a side of mac salad, we left completely satisfied and already planning our next trip!“

“My first time trying this location, it was recommended to me and it’s good enough to post a review about it. The cashier is super friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process of ordering a sushi burrito. Taste was 10/10, quality was just as good and they’re handmade after you order so you do have to wait like 15min but so worth it. I got the ahi tuna and shrimp tempura with masago, green onion, and imitation crab. Second one was for my fiancé and he couldn’t get enough. Definitely stopping by next time I’m in the area.“

“This is my to go to place for chicken teriyaki plate because the chicken is always tender and food is very fresh. The cabbage salad is one the the best crunchiest salads. “I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“
