“Amazing food, best service, and nice folks behind this business. Keep this up!“
“The Mix Up food truck! I ordered the kabob plate of a ribeye kabob and a lamb kabob. Mmmm, the kabobs were delicious. Big, hunky cuts of tender, flavorful meat; all grilled to perfection. The folks working the truck were fantastic. Big, fun personalities.
What initially caught my eye was the very dramatic graphic design on the truck. It looked like a vintage movie poster with a woman in Mexican traditional garb and Arab man individually both looking contemplatively into the distance. As I walked closer, I found out they were selling Arab and Mexican food with their signature dish being their famous ribeye kabob.
I ordered the kabob plate. It came with two kabobs, rice, salad, hummus and pita bread. $22. Yup, that price point may have you thinking twice but I was able to get two meals out of this plate. The kabob serving size was huge. I chose the ribeye and lamb kabobs. Chicken was the other option. They weren't stingy on the protein serving. The meats are actual cuts of filets, not ground meat. It was tender, flavorful with a great grill to it. Instead of rice, I asked for double the salad. The salad was fresh tasting and vibrant looking. The hummus was packed with a garlicky punch.“

“Sal’s Kabob Gyro Grill is hands down the best Mediterranean food in town! Our family has been coming here for years, and every visit feels like coming home. Sal, the owner, is always so welcoming and kind to us. He treats every guest like family, and it makes the whole experience even more special.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolute perfection! The lamb kabobs are cooked to juicy perfection, full of flavor, and just melt in your mouth. We also love the chicken shawarma; it’s seasoned so well, and the garlic sauce that comes with it is heavenly. The gyros are packed with fresh ingredients, and don’t even get me started on the hummus! Creamy, rich, and paired with the best warm pita bread you’ll ever taste.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Mediterranean cuisine with an owner who genuinely cares about his customers, look no further than Sal’s. We’re lucky to have found this gem!“

“I had my wedding at Virsa and I was very impressed with how Faraz handles everything. I met with Faraz to go over details and he was so flexible and accommodating unlike other halls, he didn’t pressure me, he was very helpful in planning and providing solutions. The hall was decorated with curtains already, and white and gold tables and chairs. He had a solution for everything, I was even able to do my own catering, which was big since I had an Indian wedding. He even broke everything down and explained it in detail and customized the whole thing according to my wife’s wishes ( this was great because it was nearly 9-10 pm at night)
Cost effective, full customization, and very accommodating. If you want a zero stress and easy experience while getting a hall, go to Virsa and ask for Faraz. You won’t be disappointed.“

“First time here, I had the Xtreme burger, it had a nice little spicy kick to it. Delicious! French fries are nice and crispy. I love the small paper bag the fries were in, fits perfect in my cupholder of my truck. Took a chance on the baklava and it was delicious! I’m definitely going back to try some of their other plates.“
