Starbucks in Elk Grove

“I live by Waterman. That Starbucks has a higher rating and has been absolutely horrific every time I walk in here. I love the girls at this store. My drink is always ready, if I don't order on the app, they actually know who I am and what I drink. The store I live by on Waterman, that I frequent the most has no idea who I am. I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting for a drink I ordered on an app 15 minutes ago. I have never waited at Laguna longer than 5 minutes.“

Parking: Limited parking is available as this is located in a shopping center next to a grocery store. Very high traffic area, but parking always opens up.“

“I visit this location once a week to meet with clients, this place is always clean and service

“This is the best Starbucks. The people are so nice and efficient. They are so welcoming. Today, this young man went around giving samples, and he even said our names as he went to each table. Even when I have guests visiting, they comment on how wonderful the staff is at this location. I've been coming here often after retiring to do some writing. It's a pleasant environment. Before I know it, it's been a couple hours and a refill or so, and the baristas are just as pleasant as they had been when I first walked in. They make my retirement feel the way it should be: well-spent and well-deserved.“

“Mobile order for new item iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso, a lil too sweet, it had 4 pumps and 1/3 decaf but the oatmilk part was great and creamy since it's non dairy. Often I get a burnt taste w decaf orders, this one barely. A quick drive thru, no issues!“

“I came in for my usual non-dairy chocolate cream cold brew. They were out of the typical chocolate malt they used to make it, but it wasn't a problem as the super friendly and warm barista, Emma, was there to save the day. She was so kind and helpful. She hadn't tasted the substitute version herself yet so she decided to taste it with me so she could honestly recommend it again to other customers they are looking for the same drink. This is customer service was above and beyond. Bravo and cheers to you, Emma! You helped me remember why I loved coming into Starbucks before the mobile order app became a thing. Thank you so much!“
