I used to like coming to this subway, even though they still seemed mainly mediocre, but now they don't accept coupons which means you'll pay much higher prices for a still average sandwich. you'll have better luck going somewhere local. for some reason the fact they accepted coupons made it palatable - since they dont anymore i'll go elsewhere

This place and a lots close by Subway DO NOT accept any coupons! After ordering online, I asked for extra topping but yet don't get what I order. Everything I order extra on, I get very minimal of things. Even though I live close by and love Subway, I will not support it anymore.

Stopped by this location as I was in Emeryville at that time. The location looks clean and new. There was no one in the store at the time and one lady behind the counter. I waited for about 7-8 minutes before being acknowledged or taking my order. She put in some bread to bake, took out a wrap from the oven and finished preparing a mobile/online order.
