Been going to ToGos for years ! Sandwiches get smaller and with less portions than ever. No longer like the original even though the original. “Manager?Luz is a joke… they insinuated that my wife was helping another customer of stealing a sandwich! The first sandwich was well made , once my wife went to pay the sandwich was given to another ? After accusing, the hastily made second sando was not good ! Today I decided to purchase dinner vs making it. Now I'm upset I didn't cook. I walk into the Emeryville location.Vibes of employees were off.Unpleasant ,looking annoyed. I was not greeted. No one had a smile. So instead of interacting, I chose the kiosk order. Super easy. I sat & waited. I noticed no one had on hair nets. But ok..don't panic. So my order came up. The older lady calls my name Mika,she makes no eye contact,places my sandwich in the bag and slides it on the counter....read full review
