“Somehow have never been here for all the time I've lived in modesto, but im glad I finally tried them out. Staff was friendly and quick to get my shaved ice out. The shaved ice was delicious (obviously) and i can definitely see myself coming back on a hot day“

“Service is super slow. food comes out in multiple trips. including coffee and pastries. plus a couple other trips for silverware. servers had to be reminded to bring our missing items. Food was cold! Enchiladas verdes were good, but we only got 3 and they don't come with any sides. for the price we were expecting more food. chilaquiles were OK in terms of flavor, but were dry (not enough sauce)and some chips were stale. I had take some of the enchilada sauce to coat the stale chips. Molletes are not traditionally made. they were made with sliced bread not bolillo/telera as they should be, so bread got super soggy and chewy. chocolate muffin was not good either. it tasted as if it was sugar free/vegan or something. weird flavor, hard to explain. chocolate chip cookie was individually wrapped in plastic, which tells me it's not fresh. the only thing we enjoyed was the cafe cubano and the raspberry cheesecake.“

“Great job! Again purchased product for a work event, we needed large quantities of product. They were busier than usual, It was a promotional day for them. However they made sure we were taken care of and received what we needed on short notice. They even helped bring it to the car! Awesome customer service team! I observed great interaction with other customers as well!“

“My recommendation is actually directed at the head of the store. You may or may not be aware of this, but your employees are in the direct sun all morning, even when theyre inside the store. please get something set up to shade that window! They deserve it, they do a great job serving customers delicious drinks. be sure it has a slight angle on it so That it is effective at blocking the morning sun roast. It would be a simple way to keep happy employees, which is valuable, plus it may help save money on cooling costs as well 🙂“

“If this is the Starbucks located on Kansas not sure which one it did not state on the beginning of this survey, but if it is the Kansas location, THIER a definite 5 star. There very clean, fast in preparing your order and very friendly as a matter of fact theirs one particular well 2 but one I know their name is Christan and he makes sure to remember his customers orders by heart, greets them by THIER name and is very respectful and polite , theirs one more person who does that I just don't know her name. But yes if say hands down A++“

“I’ve grown to like this little SB location. I like that I can order in the app and my kids can go in and pick it up in the drive thru or lobby.
Way easier and I was putting gas across the street and felt like getting myself an ice mocha on this morning chilly day.( has to be colder then 30-40degrees outside for me to get a hot mocha lol)
Anyways. Ordered in the app, while I Pumped gas, walked over and picked it up in the lobby. Lady was really nice as she handed me my drink and as we talked briefly about my long commute. Short and simple and kindness . Lobby is clean. Restrooms are clean and it’s rare that I find myself at a SB, but this one I like. (Didn’t see this message until I finished my drink and forgot it was a Sat until this message)“

“The avocado slush is amazing, and made with real avocado not powder. The store is always immaculate and the staff is always super friendly and quick, and their menu has something for everyone. You can customize the sweetness level of your order, and I really like that they have punch cards, not an app :)“

“I’ve been coming here for my post workout coffee and occasional donut for my little one. I’ve tried plenty of their drinks and it’s always pretty tasty. The employees are always a lovely bunch. The drive thru is always a quick process. Today I tried a spark’d energy and it’s good! Plus I got a chicken wrap which was a nice treat since they didn’t have a green goddess wrap but it’s totally okay.“
