I avoided this place for the first three years. I lived in Escondido, not knowing what an amazing place it is. To be honest, it was the cartoon mascot that made it seem like it was a gimmick style place, when in actuality, this place is legit amazing. One of the best burrito places, if not the best, in town. Fantastic breakfast burritos. Just be prepared to wait a bit for the high quality you are getting. Have not had an item in the menu I did not enjoy.Update for 2024:Overall still consistently good quality but not quite what it used to be years ago. Maybe it's suppliers or maybe it is recipe changes, just not quite as good as they used to be. Still solid and largely no complaints any time I go there.

Really great food at a great price. Big portions and food is delicious. Best cali burrito I’ve gotten in the area. Great salsa which they give you a lot of. Churros are the best. Recommend for everyone and will be a regular customer.
