“JOSHUA was amazingly kind and professional today. In a hurry, I accidentally called Jamba "in Fair Oaks" versus "on Fair Oaks (Blvd)" (20 mins away). It was my mistake and caused him extra work, for which I apologized. He was very professional about it, which in turn has me interested in visiting this location the next time I'm in town. THANKS for keeping the customer service bar high!“

“I told them I am fully vegan and they told me all the vegan options. I am having a delicious sandwich with vegan Dutch Crunch bread, vegan cheese, sprouts, lettuce, vegan mayo and vegan cheese and I also ordered vegan potato salad. I can't wait to come back and try more things, especially their vegan donuts! By 11:45am their donuts has arrived I went back right away and got some. Delicious vegan donuts and I got a Bear Claw with apple filling! Updated from previous review on 2025-09-26“

“Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.“

“I. LOVE. NEKTER! I’m so glad you’re in my area. I’ve even got my sister in Vegas hooked on it. I usually use the app to order which is super convenient. I just want you all to know, the people in the Folsom location are always friendly and pleasant, which isn’t always the case today. I’ve done SO many of the cleanses, smoothies, juices, açaí bowls and protein balls. It’s always delicious 🤤 (I literally got a smoothie and juice today 😂).“

“This place has THE best donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Any time I order something for delivery and they’re sold out of it, they promptly call and let me know. Their customer service is just as excellent as their food!!!“

“Discovered this place by accident and decided to pop in. The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. Just think Starbucks without the 10,000 calories but all the flavor and even high nutrient value. Just stop in and check it out and I am confident you will be as happy as I was.“
