Today I visited this European interior (like a Scandinavian cafe) amazing eatery n downtown Santa Cruz. The man that assisted me was extremely hospitable and helped navigate the vegan menu he offered me. The falafel had incredibly bright flavors and not only the first few bites but all the way through. The mango matcha was too die for and you guessed it vegan as well. Please visit this impressive place whether vegan or not“

“This is our GO TO Thai place! While we haven't eaten in-house, we order pick up from them all the time. The food is DELICIOUS, always hot and fresh and flavorful. It's so clear the owners are passionate about providing quality meals, and every single time I order a vegetarian pad see ew, they always make sure to ask if egg is okay to include (while I'm not vegan, it's still a thoughtful question). “My favourite dining hall at UCSC! Nothing will beat the gorgeous view at the Cowell/Stevenson Dining Hall. I wish they had more halal options and a greater variety of food, but it does the job!
