“When it comes to having a sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is my go to place. The sandwiches are always exceptional and the staff is always pleasant and welcome you into the store. An incident happened today. I bought a chicken salad sandwich (regular) and paid cash, but I forgot to give my phone number so I could get the points. I discovered this when I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ezra. I told her that I forgot to mention my phone number and therefore did not get points for my sandwich. I also didn’t have a receipt. I explained this to Ezra and she put me on hold for a moment to check and see if she could find my order. She was able to locate it as I had a two dollar coupon which was associated with my order. This made it easier to locate. I gave her my phone number and she gave me the credit for my points. I appreciate the time that she took to do this for me even though it was not an urgent request.
