“Been coming here for about 7 years now since I moved to Folsom. Many different (more fancy modern or famous) ice cream shops have opened over those years. What keeps me coming back to this Cold Stone creamery is the Staff! They have some of the nicest people working here. After not seeing Ally who was working tonight for a year she remembered my order. May seem small to some but means a lot to me. And also Love their Almond Milk chocolate ice cream!“
“I always come here, and today I wanted to leave a review, you guys need to keep our Folsom store clean, very disappointed. It's an average place to hang around. They have yummy ice cream but the atmosphere is not the best. Mocha fudge is my favorite out of their ice creams. I will rate this place 5/10.“
“I'm sitting here dreaming of eating a Caring Kitchen cookie so I thought I'd leave a review. Everything here is great, but do yourself a favor and buy (at least) one of every cookie because, WOW! The texture is exactly what you'd imagine the perfect cookie to be, and it's consistent every single time. The rotating flavors are always amazing. Even if you don't have to eat gluten free or vegan for health reasons, you'd still be blown away by all the items here! I live over an hour away and it's worth the drive. “Me and my girl just got two milkshakes from here and they're delicious! I got the chocolate & peanut butter one, and my lady got the jamocha & carmel one. Both were perfect. Staff was nice, and store was clean. I even forgot my gloves here two weeks ago, and when I stopped by before work to get coffee they had em for me. Much love.“

“it has become way to expensive for us , our salaries haven't changed , we used to come at least twice a month , now maybe once a month . fun place but too pricey for what you get . used to hear it compared to gayle's in capitola , california ,maybe.... it's a stretch but the prices shouldnt be like capitola . also outdoor patio heaters would be nice .“
