“I was at an event nearby and thought doughnuts sounded good. My husband and I walked over, picked out a dozen, and the woman who rang us up threw in a complimentary doughnut. So nice! I enjoyed the blueberry (tasted like a blueberry muffin in doughnut form!) and the maple old fashioned (delicate maple flavor & thick/delicious doughnut). “Whenever my husband has gone to this place, well before closing, they are out of donuts. I went there for my first time today at 10:00am. The family that sat around the table were kind, but how on earth does a business like this stay open? 10:00 in the morning, opened until 2:00pn, and out of all donuts. This gives me the impression that the owner is looking to go home early. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I am all for supporting small business, but will have to find a different donut shop to support. Weak.“

If that weren’t enough, the owner was friendly and kind, the establishment is clean, and you’ll be supporting a local small business.

“Discovered this place by accident and decided to pop in. The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. Just think Starbucks without the 10,000 calories but all the flavor and even high nutrient value. Just stop in and check it out and I am confident you will be as happy as I was.“

They would start the order but did I also order the ‘birthday’ dozen for a $1? I hadn’t, but decided to. The manager said they would be free. Great! Then they said, “we did receive your order and have made it…would you like 3 dozen?” For sure!! Just got back from a week of camping…what a great treat.
