After a long race weekend at Buttonwillow Raceway Park, my crew, fellow racers, and I look forward to spending time here. Mainly for the killer Margaritas (refreshments). The cuts of beef in the Chile Colorado and Pork in the Chile Verde are lean and cooked to perfection. Probably one of the best Verde and Colorado dishes on the planet.
