Rally's is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff, especially the register staff who provide hospitable service. The kitchen team consistently delivers high-quality food. The restaurant's location is convenient, and the atmosphere is clean. Many customers enjoy the delicious fries, which are seasoned perfectly and often described as "fire." The Big Buford is a popular choice, and the fries are highly recommended. The staff are usually very chill and nice, making the overall experience pleasant. Parking is fast, easy, and accessible. Kids find the restaurant kid-friendly and enjoy the meals. Despite some reports of poor service at night with long wait times, the restaurant remains a favorite spot for many, especially for those craving fast food that is cheaper and better than competitors like Jack in the Box and Arby's. The restaurant also offers tasty banana shakes, though some find the flavor a bit different from other places. Overall, Rally's continues to be a popular choice for quick, delicious meals.
