“This place has the best NY PIZZA in socal that I have ever tried. Don’t let the name fool you, the straight cheese and pepperoni slices are on another level. The crispness of the dough and slightly salty beef pepperoni pair well with the cheese and sauce and gives a nostalgic deliciousness that hits every mark of what pizza is meant to be (in my opinion). Can’t wait to try the wings next time!!“

I wanted to order all legs. But unfortunately not possible.
The chicken tasted really good and crispy.
Though my family prefer the legs more, so ended with lots of thighs leftovers, but all the chicken legs were gone.
I wish they'd allow the option of just chicken legs like Popeyes. I'd come back more if there's that option.“

The meat was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and you can tell everything is made fresh. The price is very affordable and the pizza is better than any chain pizza. Also better than most pizzas in the area. I highly recommend it. You can’t beat the price. The pizza has a strong hint of garlic which I don’t mind. I drove from Irvine and when I finished the pizza thought about driving back for another one! It was so good!! They do not do mediums here! “We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. We know that often times when you see something on IG and go experience a place in person it may not be as expected. That was NOT the case with Big Al's Pizzeria. WOW!! Can't even tell you how much they exceeded our expectations when it came to the flavors and textures that they deliver. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! The pizza dough has the perfect fluffiness, chewy texture and flavor. The wings WOW! Definitely in our top 5 of favorites! So crispy and flavorful! OOh plus the Brisket Sandwich and the bread they use... ufffff!!! Don't forget about Dessert! Even if you fill up on pizza you better at least take a slice home with you because IT IS WORTH IT!!
