Tucked away in a modest shopping center that also boasts a superb shawarma joint, this place is a hidden treasure. The tandoori chicken and dal makhani I savored transported my taste buds straight to the streets of Delhi with their authentic, extraordinary flavors. The lacha paratha? Simply genius. Service was extraordinary, matched by the unique touch of serving drinks in metal, regal glasses that elevate the dining experience to one of noble indulgence. Having the pleasure of meeting both owners, their dedication was evident in every aspect. “I took my dad to try it this afternoon. The ordering system is very simple and straightforward; just scan the QR code to order online. The lamb shank was tender, and I loved the sweet and crispy onion salad. The staff was very friendly and helped my dad heat up his food. I'm so glad I came here to try the food, but my only regret is that I don't live here and can't come every day.“

I ordered 24 pieces of the legs and thighs.
I wanted to order all legs. But unfortunately not possible.
The chicken tasted really good and crispy.
Though my family prefer the legs more, so ended with lots of thighs leftovers, but all the chicken legs were gone.
I wish they'd allow the option of just chicken legs like Popeyes. I'd come back more if there's that option.“

“The best place to try Bosnian food! I can’t pick one favorite, from cevapi to pizza to pita , this food taste like homemade. All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. See you soon! Can’t wait for the most delicious Bosnian food on the west side of the United States.“

Usually the customer service is pretty good, but on this day 11/29/25 @ 1030pm The younger guy working the cash register had zero customer service skills. He seemed annoyed at the very first interaction and rushed me through my order. Maybe that's just his personality because he seemed to be like that with everyone. Gotta work on that for real“

“I was there in California from another state. We ordered jalapeños beef burgers, halwa puri platters, beef seekh kabobs with rice platter, masala fries, mango lassi and sweet lassi. Each and every single food item was fresh and hot, seekh kabobs were so juicy and perfect flavor, cholay were soft and with some light gravy to eat with puri. Aalo were soft yet some small size chunks in plate with light gravy, and halwa that you just don’t want to stop eating. My kids are very picky eaters but they loved each and every single thing we ordered from this restaurant. Beef burger was so yummy that my daughter kept ordering the next time we went there again. We ended up going 3 times in our 1 week trip. We tried their fried chicken the third day, oh my gosh it’s just one of the best fried chicken ever. We were so glad that we were able to find a halal restaurant with all the choices at one place for our kids and adults. Last but not the least, their prices were very reasonable and the staff was very nice and friendly.“

Staff was very friendly and even offered us Turkish Tea to taste when we were done with our food. We're not from the area but would definitely eat here again when we're back in the area.“

The owner and staff went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable and welcome, explaining the menu items in detail. We are so excited to have come across this gem!!! “Honestly I was going to order basic pizza. I'm glad I tried something new. My family loved the pizza . It has a very original taste it's not sure if it's garlic butter or something along those like got the Hawaiian which at most places the ham over powers the taste of pineapple but this place just knows how to cook it perfectly where your tasting the pineapple and all the other ingredients more then just the Canadian bacon, Aka ham. Also ordered their pepperoni not greasy and over powering with cheese just perfect with the same great taste. This is the go to place for real good overeating pizza.“
