They serve authentic Hủ tiếu Nam Vang here! This place is so good we had to drag a family member to try it before leaving California. One of the best hủ tiếu we have had so far! Their portion is good, and the bowl of hủ tiếu comes with all correct ingredients it’s supposed to have. I'm pretty sure they recently changed owners because the name us different and menu has changed slightly. They only accept cash so that was a bummer because they didn't tell us that before we ordered and ate....had to go get cash after. The food is still good just a little different then before.Food: 4/5
It was new and closest to my hotel. It had good reviews, so I went craving soup. I had their special because it's like a sampler with potato noods. Basic good broth and a number of condiments to make it to your liking. Abundant pickled garlic and jalapeño topped it off. Everyone helpful.
