Carrows Restaurants

My experience here was ok. It's a Carrow's and the main reason that I went was for the jumpy monkey sundae. Pablo was a terrific server! The food was solid & moderately priced. The restaurant could use a renovation as it looks like it's been the same since the 1980s.Now... The jumpy monkey sundae is basically a banana split with coffee ice cream instead of vanilla. It's Carrows. Nothing new or spectacular but it's nostalgia. It's still here! I think they've been here almost 50 years now. It's nice to see something stick around for awhile. I have been going here for decades and I will continue. ?

I am always in pacific square and today (Sunday) my boyfriend and I pulled up to Chick Fil A not remembering that it was closed. So we opted for Carrows since it's the next closest breakfast spot. Upon entering, Carrows seems like a nice cozy little diner that looks like it's never seen a remodel (which I love, I love old places) and most of the patrons were seniors.
