MAI Coffee & Tea House is a cozy and relaxing spot with a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is key, featuring beautiful art fixtures, plants, and a well-lit, nicely decorated space. It offers a calm vibe, making it a great place to slow down. The shop is located in a plaza with ample parking and a good amount of seating inside, as well as a nice spacious patio area outside.

The drinks are a major highlight. They are known for excellent matcha and great, strong coffee. Popular items include the strawberry matcha, made with Straus organic milk and house-made fresh strawberry purée without fruit syrups or processed sugars. Other favorites are the brown sugar caramel coffee, the banana latte, and the black sesame coffee. They use high-quality tea and coffee beans sourced from Vietnam, Taiwan, and Japan, along with other fresh fruit purées like mango and avocado made in house.

The pastries and small eats are also praised. The pistachio bun is incredible, flaky with a creamy filling, and the pistachio croissant and Nutella croissant are both delicious. Service is quick, with the option to order at a kiosk or register. Note that from open until 11 AM on some days, only matcha and coffee are available before the full menu starts.
