“Food was good but at that price point it didn't quite measure up. Desserts in particular were a bit of a let down. Their approach of a selection of dishes aimed at taste profiles is interesting but didn't always succeed for me. A5 Wagyu beef was the star for me. Beautiful facility with views of the vineyard and hills.”

“I would like to say thank you to your servers and your chefs. My wife and I were making a cross country trip from Oak Ridge Tennessee to Oregon and down 101. We stopped to find a room and something to eat. That isn't always an easy thing to do with all my wife's allergies to many diffrent foods and airborne allergic to latex.The staff was amazing and did everything to accommodate my wife's food allergies. The lady chef set down with my wife and her list of food allergies and built a meal in her head. We both were able to eat a very incredible meal. Not many places would have went that far to help. Give your people a big pat on the back from me and a thank you. And the meatball sandwich was amazing!”

“This visit was bittersweet. Our first visit to this winery was in 1988. Lots of good memories. Now they are being bought so the tasting room will be closed. So sad. Michaela poured their wonderful wine for us and we talked about their long history. We will miss you all.”

“I use to go every couple/ few months to pick up my wine club wine and try new wines. I always leave with some new fun great wines; but because of CoVid we didn’t go. Today I went to pick up my wine club wines(4 sets). They are holding wine tasting outside, doing social distancing and it was fun.... I encourage everyone to check out Locals if they’re in the area. There are a couple great local restaurants in town so make a day of it. The staff is fabulous!!!!”

“I was passing through Geyserville while on a weekend tour through wine country. A small group of us grabbed a late lunch at Geyserville Grill. No reservations were made and we were seated immediately on the patio. Perfect setting - enjoyed the sunshine while in a slightly shaded part of the patio while listening to the water fountain. The service was good throughout the lunch.

I ended up ordering the only vegan item on the menu which was a vegetable wrap with hummus. Despite the meal being simple it was incredibly enjoyable. Vegetables were fresh and seasoned well. The tortilla wrap used was one of the best I’ve had - weird thing to notice but it stood out to me. The fries were fried to perfection and also seasoned well. Overall, the kitchen does a great job and you won’t be leaving wanting for anything.

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.”

“This is the hidden gem of a restaurant in the Healdsburg area. We had the Prix Fix menu and all of the food items were exceptional. The Steak Frites done medium rare was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was very friendly and professional. We are definitely going back and highly recommend Bistro Lagniappe.”

It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?”
