“Yay! Not Starbucks. The coffee beans are roasted in house. As such, the flavor is so gooood! They bake most of the pastries that they sell in-house. Service is knowledgeable and friendly (my husband was coughing pretty hard for awhile and a barista brought him water- Thank you, Eva!) If we support our downtown, our downtown will thrive!“

Blazin Bagels delivers muy bieno customer service. The elder lady with grey hair is an absolute star. She is hustling, bustling, and still finding time to be incredibly friendly and kind. You can feel the care that goes into every bagel she touches. The Filipino lady is awesome too.

The bagels themselves are perfection: slightly crunchy on the outside, soft like cotton on the inside. I ordered two everything breakfast bagels: one Monterey with eggs, bacon, sprouts, cheddar, and avocado, and one with just cream cheese.

The Monterey was amazing on my teeth and tongue. I like the crunch with every bite with the softness of the 🥑 and the light kick of the Tapatio.

And that cream cheese bagel? They do not hold back. Thick, creamy cream cheese overflowing onto my nose, fingers, and table. No complaints here.
