“Easily the best Starbucks in terms of the quality of the drinks and the staff members. The drinks here taste like they should and the staff has been the best. As I’m a regular customer here, they already know me and make the drinks the exact way I like. Couldn’t see me in another Starbucks ever again.“

“First time visiting Starbucks Drive Thru @ Foothill Blvd former Burger King site (Rip 2016) closed for good. Awesome view, great atmosphere, service, friendly staff!! No issues at all. Perfect for customers and dogs sit outside. Customers and students sitting inside spend time chatting and studying and something else!! Excellent work for cleaning especially the floor. I’ve never use the restrooms before but I bet it’s clean with fresh scent. I feel satisfied. Rewards member us worth it obtain points on the app. I don’t visit it very often once a while. I’m craving for coffee. Very excitement.“

“I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic team at the Starbucks inside Vons.
When Jose is in charge, we are especially blessed. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provides very friendly customer service.
Antonio, an African American employee, is also full of energy and knows what he's doing. He provides great customer service as well.
Two other employees—an Asian American person and a fourth person with eyeglasses, whose names I don't recall—are very polite, fast, and knowledgeable.
These four are the best, and I appreciate their hard work. Thank you.
This is an update about Starbucks at Glendale Vons. In a previous review, I couldn't remember the other employees' names. Yesterday I went and asked their names, and again, the service was smooth and friendly, Aiden was the cashier, a very humble person, and Conny was the one preparing our drinks; she is very sweet and a good listener. Great customer service always with Jose, Aiden, Conny, and Antonio“

“Nice place, I stopped here to visit, while in route to my DMV appointment.. a little understaffed, but the employees on hand made up for being a great staff after all..

“It is their policy to remake the drink if it's been incorrectly made or unsatisfactory.
Unfortunately, upon requesting a drink remake they weren't happy. Had I screwed up, I'd taken the drink but they did. It seemed to really hurt their ego to remake the drink... :(“

“The Service: Jennifer was helping me at the counter. Super nice & helpful. I was having questions regarding how to use the app to pay & redeem the points. She was so patience helping me. Excellent service!

The Coffee: As good as always! Love my steaming hot coffee. Love the holiday cups, so festive!

“This is a special one since its within the Walt Disney Imagineering campus! So awesome to have had to chance to go to this one. It's a little store full of the same great food and drinks you'd find at all the other Starbucks nationwide. However this Starbucks has one thing that no other Starbucks has and that's the heeps and heeps of Disney Magic!“

“The service and cleanliness is excellent, however I was disappointed to find there is no indoor seating, sure there are chairs outside for the little mall area, but the coffee bean here used to have ample seating and a cozy atmosphere, it's sad to see Starbucks let go of one of the best reasons to visit this location, especially for college students attending GCC.

Now for the part that Starbucks isnt responsible for, you should know that the parking here is somewhat difficult, there are lulls in the day when you can easily find parking, but youre only permitted to stay an hour at most.“

Parking: Parking in the morning is spacey but be careful where to park because of delivery trucks.“

“It is okay for an on campus location but wished they open until four. There is another location that is near the campus where the busses stop are at. However that location is more like pickup only and no sitting are inside. On a later date, lookup for my review on that location for more details.“

“This Starbucks in Glendale is a nice spot with very friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is great, and the people working here truly make the experience enjoyable – big thanks to them for their service! The only downside is that the café is quite small, so there aren’t any tables inside or outside to sit and relax. Other than that, it’s a pleasant place, and I definitely recommend it.“

“Very nice cozy place outdoor seating area and indoor great employees awesome customer service very kind individuals I've been coming to this Starbucks waiting for my boss to pick me up for the past two weeks maybe a couple of days or a few days out of each week and I was just sitting outside you know I had a 7-Eleven coffee and I told him that I'm just waiting for my boss they actually brought me complimentary coffee and a nice sandwich on the house..Marcie was the employee who did that kind thing which means a lot“

“I am taking the time and effort to review this particular Starbucks because it’s the most unique experience. Why do I say this?

I have never been to a Starbucks where all the staff are not only extremely hard workers, but they are genuinely happy. Not just for a day, but EVERY single day. I’ve been coming to this particular location for close to a month every day. Each and every member of staff are remarkable! (To the point I’m reviewing this location) I’ll miss them when I go.

From front to back; left to right; from the drive through window to the regular front register to the team making the drinks. The STAFF here, without a shadow of a doubt are the best I’ve seen. (I travel for a living and spent lots of time overseas. From Dubai to Australia, Japan to Europe (where I’m originally from) Bangkok to Hong Kong and most states in the USA, because of this Team, they are BY FAR, not just a little, BY FAR the best team working in a Starbucks location. There are a few around the area BUT, it’s the STAFF that makes you want to come to this location. Again, THIS TEAM OF STAFF ARE BY FAR THE BEST! check it out and you’ll see! (Should anyone ever complain here, they need a reality check)

“Strangely you wouldn't think that coffee changed much from one starbucks to another, but I swear that it does! The mocha here was epic and I the service was super friendly. All the standard amenities and it's a simple walk from my house.“

“Smaller Starbucks with limited seating indoors. There are tables outside. Service is faster if you order online for pickup. When ordering there sometimes service is slow. At times they make mistakes on your order. Negative they can be one homeless person at the outdoor tables in the morning around 11am. Music is a bit loud. Mostly people working on their computers indoors.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks this morning before my certification test to try and get a bagel. I thought this place was inside Glendale Galleria mall until I walked inside and realized it's actually inside Target on the first floor. So I had to walk out of the mall and enter through Target because they don't open the Target entrance from the mall until after 10am. But when I got to Starbucks inside Target, they told me they didn't have any plain bagel so I had to go with the butter crossiant and iced water. It didn't take long for my order to come out. The water was made first and then my crossiant came out. There are some tables if you want to eat or drink your coffee there but there was a homeless guy sitting there so I just took it back to my car in the parking garage to eat it. They give me a venti size water which was appreciated and I thought the croissant was alright but it's pretty pricey for just a crossiant.

Vegetarian options: You can try to order a healthy bagel here.

Parking: You just park in the parking garage but it can be hard to find a spot during the holiday time or busy time.

“It's the staff/coffee baristas that make this THE go-to location when my daughters or I want Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and courteous! The food and drinks is always consistently spot on (something we've not always experienced at other locations). I just tried the NEW "Oleato" Latte, my personal favorite of all the Lattes on the menu now!!!“
