“Every saturday I get a medium pizza to go right at 3pm here at this location in Gold River CA like clock work for over a year. All the employees there are great and I really mean that, it literally has become like an extended family. However, one employee really stands out. His name is Gem and this young man is way ahead of the game with me. He usually prepares my pizza himself and makes it LOADED with fixings and cheese, I literally need a fork to eat it! To top it off, he generally see's me walking up to the door and comes out from the back with my order in hand and beats me to the service counter, then prints the receipt and I am out the door, never have I had to wait! You are SUPER GEM!! Someone there please give him a raise!! Its hard to find workers like Gem, so when you do, reward them as you should and hold on to 'em!”

Ravioli, noodles, gnocchi, cannelloni and sauces that are out of this world! I go in once a month and “stock up”. Yes, I freeze it! Then, I deliver it to my sons in the Bay Area and my neighbors. I've been going to blaze Pizza for a long time and I loved it every time and I walk out with a smile on my face and a happy tummy. The staff from chefs, wait staff, to kitchen staff, greet, engage you with friendly smiles. The food is always amazing my kids enjoy their chef choice (Omakase) rolls. Matter of fact we always leave it up to the chef to make whatever they see fit to serve us. Never been disappointed and always left our appetites pleasantly satisfied. When it’s time to leave, as you walk out the doors, you’re always sent off with “ We’ll See You Tomorrow”. It takes every ounce of willpower to not return the next day.

We also split the cod entree and it was cooked to perfection. The kitchen even split the starters and entree for us which we definitely were not expecting.
