“We’ve had multiple great experiences at this Cold Stone, and it continues to be our go-to spot for ice cream in the SCV. The highlight of this location is hands-down the incredible staff. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and make the experience that much sweeter.
Lucas, in particular, has helped us many times and delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He’s genuinely friendly, makes you feel like an old friend, and puts together an amazing ice cream creation every time.
The ice cream is consistently phenomenal. They rotate in new flavors regularly while keeping the classics around. My personal favorite? Cookie dough—can’t go wrong with it.
This is by far the best Cold Stone in Santa Clarita. Highly recommend!“

“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. I’ve been celebrating with Susie for over a decade and I will never leave- especially now! Thank you Susie and @susiecakesbakery for your delicious treats and valuing your customers so much💗“

“Hey, everyone! I had the best ice cream server here at this Coldstone Creamry! I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, she was here today at this time (5/21/25 6pm). Let me tell you that she was soooo kind and had so much patience. She took good care of my family and myself (including my nut allergy). The ice cream was presented beautifully, and my eyes were in love! “We have been getting our custom cakes for 17 years and everytime they go above and beyond. We had our daughters sweet 15 and of course we had to get her cake from Viktor Bakery and everyone LOVED it from the decor to the taste! Thank you for making this beautiful cake!Added the second picture for my friends 50th birthday, it was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and it was amazing! “I stopped by this bakery place today after going to Vons in the same plaza. I basically wanted a light snack and was hoping for a bagel. When I walked inside, there was no one else there so I first look at their cakes on display. Then I saw some pastries and blueberries. They have their menu cycling through on the TV and I saw a blueberry muffin. I didn't see any bagel and that's when a lady working in the back came outside to ask me if I know what I wanted. I went with their blueberry muffin and then asked about their m&m cookies. She said they charge per pound on the cookies so I stuck with just the blueberries muffin. I ate my muffin inside of the place, they had about like 3 or 4 tables for people to sit. Which I was eating there, I looked at their menu on the TV and saw they have crossiant here as well.“

“I went to cold stone this past Friday, 6/7 to pick up an online order for a friends birthday. I didn’t realize how hot it would be to walk with an ice cream cake. I came at the perfect time to pick up my order when the manager was going on break
He offered me a ride 5 mins away to save my cake, what an incredible and honest guy!“

“Just gorgeous and delicious!
I ordered two cakes from A Sweet Design during this order and they were both so good!
We did a custom heart cake for my 30th and a carrot cake for my mom and they were excellent!
The custom heart cake had Chocolate Chip Vanilla Bean and safe to say, that’s my new favorite! We’ve had the black and white cake before and that was a hit too!
