“Stopped by this ramen spot on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.
The Tonkotsu Ramen was definitely the highlight. The noodles are made fresh in-house, and you can really tell from the texture — they had a great chew and held up well in the broth. The tonkotsu broth was rich and flavorful without feeling overly heavy or greasy. The chashu was tender and well-seasoned, and the soft-boiled egg and wood ear mushrooms rounded everything out nicely. I added a little chili paste for extra heat, and it worked perfectly.
The Spicy Garlic Edamame was much better than I expected for a side dish. The edamame was cooked just right, still firm and plump, and coated in a flavorful garlic sauce with a nice kick.
We also ordered the Gyoza, which had a beautifully crispy bottom and juicy filling inside. Simple but very well executed.
The Pork Rice Bowl was huge and easily shareable. The sweet and savory sauce paired really well with the rice, making it a great comfort-food option alongside the ramen.
Overall, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot I’d stop by again if I’m in the area.“

“Had an amazing date night here at Red lands Ramen, the atmosphere was great especially for Valentine’s Day. Thought and effort goes into the surroundings giving it a welcoming feel. Interaction with the staff was very friendly and respectful.
Now getting to the food, absolutely amazing ramen, as a person who loves food and tried many places this takes one of the spots where I would definitely come again. Ordered the appetizer Chicken Wings, the sauce was amazing as well as the wings being seasoned very well. For a place that doesn’t mainly focus on wings it is definitely better than most wings food chains. Although would definitely recommend adding a bit more to the portion.
Now getting to the Ramen. The Ramen here is very flavorful and the noodles are cooked thoroughly, the different ingredients that goes into the bowl really ties it all together, I ordered the beef broth and tofu and beef with kimchi and the eggs with the bamboo. Everything was just cooked to perfection. The tofu was very soft and enjoyable, as well as the bamboo, the noodles, the beef.
Overall I give it a 5 star rating from the atmosphere to the service and the food, I rarely do reviews for places so a place like this definitely deserves the recognition.“

“📍 Cocina Sinaloense is serving up authentic Sinaloa-style dishes, and you can truly taste the love in every bite 🤍🌟🍅
The tostadas were a standout 🤤 topped with slow-cooked shredded beef that was insanely tender, plus a rich consomé on the side. With the shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, sour cream, and avocado. It had the perfect mix of freshness and crunch 🥑🥬
To drink, I tried cebada for the first time and I’m officially a fan 🥤 It tasted like a mix between horchata and chocolate milk… such a good combo 😍
If you love tortilla soup, RUN don’t walk 🏃♀️ it’s a limited-time special! The tender chicken, crispy chips, and toppings like avocado, purple onion, cotija, and sour cream made it an absolute dream 🫶
The barbacoa was super tender and flavorful, served with pasta salad, beans, and handmade tortillas 🌮 everything tasted homemade and comforting 💛
The pork tamale was giving 🔥 soft and tender on the inside with a slightly crispy, pan-fried outer layer. And they did not skimp on the filling…lots of meat and potatoes 🙌
The machaca had so much flavor 😋 I loved the veggies and potatoes, paired with beans and rice. It was hearty and satisfying 🍽️
The ceviche was bright, fresh, and citrusy 🍋🌊 right up my alley! I would’ve loved a little more spice, but the homemade tostadas took it to another level 💯
Quesabirria tacos? Always a yes 😍 cheesy, tender, flavorful meat with consomé for dipping… say less 🤌 paired with cheesy beans and rice = perfection
For dessert, I got the corn elote 🌽✨ soft, sweet, and delicious. I also tried it pan-fried and it gave caramel brûlée vibes 🔥 so good!
This spot feels like you’re eating a home-cooked meal made with love and intention 🏡💫
“Las cosas buenas toman tiempo” and you can definitely taste that here 💚“

“I already posted a review for this location, but this place is worth the price. I ordered the spicy miso Ramen with tofu and takoyaki on the side. The Ramen wad very flavorful and coated everything placed in the bowl. It wasnt too heavy of a broth and the oil in it wasnt too much to the point of feeling ill. The tofu and egg also had its own flavor, having a lot to say despite just being toppings. The takoyaki octopus inside had a nice snap and overall was very good. A lot of noodles!!“

“I haven’t had Saku Ramen in over 2 years and I’ve been craving the dip broth sooo bad, well I finally came in today and was a little disappointed to find out they no longer serve the dip broth!
PLEASE BRING IT BACKKK!!!
Needless to say I had the spicy miso brother and it was still oh so very delicious. 😋 I can say with confidence that Saku Ramen has some of the best ramen I’ve had in the IE.
(Although it is on the pricy side, 3 ramens came out to a total of $76)“

“God Dang!!!! This Ramen is legit! Lived 5 years in Japan teaching English. (Ibaraki-ken/Tokai-mura) I can tell you this ramen is on par. Please come and support this place. I see a lot of sushi spots steering away from keeping ramen on their menus. On a cold day there is nothing better! Oh and that pork cutlet steals the show. Perfectly cooked! Check out the pics and look at that charr. That takes skill.“

“We came as a group of 4 around 9:30pm. There was no line, we ordered and decided to eat outside. I've been here several times and haven't been since covid. The food was just as amazing as it was before. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was great. I'm glad it hasn't changed as it's one of my favorite Ramen places in Socal.“
