“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Best “fast food” burger in Sacramento - and beyond. The chicken is good, too, but for me it’s the Wagyu burger, with the crispy onion strings, the arugula, the chimichurri, the brioche bun - am I forgetting anything? The beef is outstanding, the toppings creative and delicious. The base wagyu burger changed recently to more “standard” toppings, but I still love the original best. So juicy, so filling.

Also, very friendly and prompt service and when it’s good weather, very pleasant to sit on the patio out front.

Last but not least, are we sick of places that don’t offer full service but default the preloaded tipping options to start at 18% and run up as high as 25 or 30%? Chick-n-burger has the humility and good sense to offer lower starting options so you feel good about tipping something normal rather than being made to feel like a cheapskate - I very much appreciate the opportunity to tip “above and beyond” rather than “customizing” below the lowest option! The prices here are very reasonable and the food and good service are a great value.

“Stopped for the first time here today. Actually I’m literally still in the middle of eating it in my car but oh my lord it’s so good, I need to post a review immediately lol. I’m definitely stopping by here when I’m in the EDH area again. Chicken is sooooo good, crispy but juicy, perfectly seasoned and no weird chewy or stringy pieces. 10/10 !!! “I had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken Folsom today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. But what really stood out was the service. Trinity, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had a positive attitude that made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. Im glad I choose to come back here, would definitely recommend to my friends, the root beer floats are a classic.“

“Love Canes! However this location mismanaged their inventory and ran out of medium cups and instead of just giving large cups they up charged each customer for large cups. We paid to cover for their problems. (Edit-changed to five as management contacted me and rectified issue)“
