“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“The food was decent. Skip the Mac and cheese all together. We had two different spice levels on the tenders yet they weren’t labeled or anything and we tasted both and still couldn’t figure out which was which. They were decently good though, plus loved the kale in the slaw! The tables and floors were sticky/tacky to the touch. And it did take 20 minutes to get our food even though we were the only ones in the store:/“

“My favorite chicken spot hands down. Gannon is an awesome employee who is very friendly and always does little extra things to help customers out which I greatly appreciate. The food tastes great and is one of the few chicken places that does not upset my stomach.“

“If you’re looking for great hot chicken, this place is definitely worth trying. The chicken is incredibly flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly not dry at all. The seasoned fries are outstanding and honestly some of the best I’ve had.

The only downside is the price, which is a little on the high side. Even so, the quality of the food makes it an occasional treat that’s worth it. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I'm always scared to try new places. The reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. Worth the 5 stars. W all had different plates and my kids said theirs were really good. They give a lot of food. I'll definitely have this on my list of to go places.“

“We will now go out of our way to go to this specific Kiki's! The chicken is always phenomenal and fresh, for dine in it's super chill, and for the most part the staff is really nice although sometimes they can seem snippy/short which is odd when you're the only person in line. We can chalk it up to maybe being a bad day.“

“This chicken is the best tasting fast food chicken out there. Juicy breast meat and the wings have ample meat attached. Seasoning is perfect with a hint of spice.“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. “This is my absolute comfort place. I've gone to this location over 100 times within the span of 1 year (I love this place). They know me and my order by name, they are always kind and friendly in a very authentic way, the food is a great price, and I always feel at home when I enter the doors.“

“I've stopped here several times, and the staff have always been friendly, respectful, and welcoming. One thing I especially appreciate is that they've let me use the restroom when I needed to, even if I wasn't making a purchase. They were never weird, rude, or judgmental about it—they just treated me with kindness and understanding. It's such a simple thing, but it can make a big difference when you're out and about. The restaurant is clean, the employees are courteous, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Thank you for consistently showing compassion and great customer service! “This KFC establishment is very nice. They have good service, good food, and I love how friendly the staff are. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic and so is the root beer. I do not just see this as a regular KFC but an amazing restaurant that you can regularly dine at. 10/10 would recommend this place.“
