“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“We come for the fries because they're made in peanut oil & so yummy! Would give 5 stars, but maybe every 7th time we order fries they're not piping hot & I can't stand fries that aren't fresh. Not really into their chicken sandwiches personally, especially since we go to Mom & Pop Chicken Shop in Cameron Park, but in a pinch I'd eat one if I had to.

They're not using an acidic solution to wipe their tables & floors, so there's that oily build up that happens due to the deep fryer nature of their foods, so it's not pleasant to sit there. It smells of the old oils & the tables are sticky. We usually order to go & sit in our car due to this, but as long as they don't change their quality of food this will continue to be one of our favorite fry spots!

Also, we have only had good to great experiences with their employees thus far!“

“Anthony is amazing after 10 minutes in the drive thru this guy remembered everything that we ordered including the water with no ice and when he gave our order he remembered that we added something last minute and also gave it to us with the rest of our order thank you so much for amazing service you deserve a manger spot“

“First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken and it was super delicious! We went as a fam (8 of us) around 8:30 PM and ended up staying for about two hours just eating, chatting, and chilling. It was graduation night in Folsom, so by the time we left around 10:30 PM all these student groups kept coming in which actually gave the place a really nice relaxing vibe. Bring a jacket though because it was hella cold inside and they said they can't control the AC lol. Still a great hangout and the food was totally worth it!“

“First time, will return. The food was very good and plentiful, the prices reasonable for nowadays. The place is cute and clean.

We were a bit hesitant at first as no one else was in the restaurant, it was an odd hour though 2:30. Four other tables filled up before we left.

It was wonderful to get full size egg rolls! So many places are giving you tiny ones or even just halves. Didn't get a pic, but they are full size and very good.

We each had a lunch special, generous helpings and everything was very flavorful. We asked for the egg flower soup instead of the hot and sour due to personal preference and it was really good - even had a bit of chicken in it which you don't usually see. I had the general chicken, chicken chow mein and pork fried rice plate. He had the sweet and sour pork chicken chow mein and pork fried rice plate. Thoroughly enjoyed and we both have leftovers (unusual for him so that tells you the serving was a lot).

Only negative was that they charge $5 for a pot of hot tea. We passed. :(

“This place is great. Super clean. Friendly staff and the food was fresh made for my order. All this food for $30. Chicken was not greasy at all. Shoe string frys which I love, and potatoes salad made from scratch. The salad was big and very fresh. Also got fountain drink. Ten different sauces to dunk your chicken in and they were delicious. So much better than the fast food stuff and didn't cost much more and we took leftovers home. Highly recommend.“

“This chicken is the best tasting fast food chicken out there. Juicy breast meat and the wings have ample meat attached. Seasoning is perfect with a hint of spice.“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. “The food is top notch and service is excellent. The only issue, the music. Way too loud. So loud one of the employees taking an order could not hear the guest name. Even the order taker next to me tried to help, but kept getting his name wrong. Keep everything the same, just turn the tubes down!“

“This KFC establishment is very nice. They have good service, good food, and I love how friendly the staff are. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic and so is the root beer. I do not just see this as a regular KFC but an amazing restaurant that you can regularly dine at. 10/10 would recommend this place.“
