Overall a real good dining experience, I personally went alone and was still paid attention to by staff (something that isnt normal in most places when I'm alone)The only complaint I have is about the price but honestly. When your pizza and fries are this good, it's worth it.“
“Food and beer fantastic!The FORKS are currently undermining the delicious cuisine the kitchen is delivering.Holding them feels just as likely to cut my finger as deliver the noms to my mouth.Great spot! Obviously forks not even close to a dealbreaker, just a rounding out improvement towards 5 stars!“
“We stopped by while visiting my hometown. Love the sidewalk seating. She had the pesto and me the combo "monster slice". She could not stop on hers and over ate for her it was so good. Mine was perfect. Thin, crunchy crust, easy on the sauce and cheese and good chunks of meat and veggies. Light and delicious but a combo! Great job, guys! Nice selection of beers and soda also.“
“Great new place in the heart of Nevada City. Went there March 19th...see receipt.Beautiful indoor dining area. The outside dining area is huge and pet friendly!This is a relaxing and casual atmosphere with ample room to bring your friends and enjoy the sunshine!I stopped in and had to try their pretzel..it came with 3 dipping sauces. All were delicious! The pretzel can easily feed 3 people! They serve all kinds of tasty beer (not much of a beer drinker) and wine. I brought home much of the pretzel for later to enjoy.It is located at 300 Spring Street. Great location to walk to all the shops in Nevada City!The employees seem to be happy working there...good vibe. KIERAN waited on me and she was polite and friendly! Give this place a try! I heard they have plans down the road for more menu items. Can't wait to come back with friends!“
“A big family wedding was held at the Wheelhouse, and it was a very well planned and very professionally done. The service of the Event Center personnel was efficient and courteous at every request. I would put the Wheelhouse Event Center high on my list of places to hold any type of gathering or celebration.“
“Always excellent food, service, & atmosphere. Fresh juices and mimosas and coffees. I'm both my friend and I had egg scrambles that were delicious. No reservations taken so get there early and be prepared to wait a bit if mornings of Friday or Saturday.“
