the sandwiches and sourdough here are INCREDIBLE! Especially the Chopped Italian. It's messy but MY LORD it's worth it, wear a bib and chow down!
I’ve been eating Wyld Tiger breads/focaccias for almost 2 years now. Every week my wife & I buy usually 2 loaves of bread & it’s a become a treat we cannot live without now. We’ve given up sweet treats for this much more nutritious option & it has been really wonderful for us. Wyld Tiger Sourdough has the best sourdough rounds. The sourdough is the best, with a beautiful round for 10 bucks. The classic sour dough bread is light and airy, so soft and chewy, crusty on the outside and heaven on the inside. The ube sourdough and ciabatta are the softest and tastiest sourdough, devoured in just one day. There are decadent goodies like a bun filled with coffee crème, honey buns, ube twists and pistachio twists. There is a rumor they might start making sandwiches. The location change brings a fab vibe on that corner, where people can watch them bake through the window before 6am. This family owned and run business puts quality, love and passion in everything they make. They are deadheads and wonderful people all around, so happy serving everyone, so humble. There is a long line to get in, and ten people had queued up already one morning. It is a community gather of folks chatting, lining up to get their daily fresh bread.
