“A “Must Stop” for lunch! The best sourdough bread I’ve ever had. Wanted to go back and just order a bunch of bread to take home and spoil the family. The perfect crispy crust and then soft chew center with lots of wonderful savory sourness. I had the Ham & Pastrami. Perfect fresh ingredients. Everything you want in a deli sandwich at a reasonable price. Lots of selections so I’m heading back for future yummy bites. Excellent personal service.“

Would skip that dish! The price is certainly for the location, not for the food. For better quality and reasonable price a little drive south or even downtown San Rafael would be a better option.“

“Pizza with a little salty dough but it's not a problem because the rest is very tasty, neither high nor low, good mozzarella for the price, oregano not of high quality, the locals like it a lot, while an Italian might vaguely remember the frozen one but a little ' Better. The only downer is that the guy at the counter is hard to understand, which happens, but the look of disappointment he gave to anyone who didn't tip was not cool. I never tip the first time I go there. After the first time, if it's eat in, I tip, but carryout is a no.“
