Maybe a little bit overpriced, but the choices aren't that great in this area. The quality and taste of the pizza we're way better than expected, very good actually.“

“After an awful experience at the Rising Phoenix just 3mins away, we found this cute little place.

Came in and it felt nice and cozy. Not loud, no obnoxious kids running around. Cozy, quiet and intimate for valentine's day. The family was wonderful. We ordered one small and large pizza and bread twist--when I say ive nvr had such delicious bread twists! Delicious!
We were on our way out with our two pizzas and the owner came out, rushed, because we forgot our bread twists!! Then he offered to bring them to us--to our car.

For reals, those bread twists were fire!

Next morning I questioned our decision as to why we did take out instead of dine in.“

“I haven’t had truly delicious pizza like the pizza at Gabilan in soledad in a LONG time. I had pepperoni, hawaiian, and their chicken salad. We went from a recommendation of a local and now I will be comparing all pizza to this place. The pizza ‘bar’ is Gabilan Pizza.

PS. They also serve delicious fresh lumpia!“

“Traveling through town and we were helped by Zavier. He was very busy with calls and other guests, and still immediately made a point to greet and welcome us the moment we came in. His presence really sets a positive mood in the restaurant!

The food was just as great. You should come visit!“
