“We were here for dinner on a recommendation from some local folks. Wow it exceeded our expectations. We were told to try the chicken and waffles, they did not disappoint, savory fried chicken on top of sour dough waffles with house made kimchi, yummmmm! We both got a cup of soup purple sweet potato puree, as pretty as it was delicious, and fresh sea food bouillabaisse equally delicious. Our only regret is that we were too full to try one of the wonderful desserts. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.😋😋😋😋”

“We were in the San Luis Obispo area the past few days and came to eat at Lumpia Bros Cafe in Grover Beach. The owner Eric and the manager Genevieve were very nice. I didn’t get to meet the other brother as he was manning all the delicious food in the kitchen. We ordered the combo plates. One was pork adobo with rice and pancit and two beef lumpia. The other was a silog with longanisa, easy over egg on top of rice, and a beef lumpia. Both were delicious or masarap! The brothers grew up in the Bay Area as did my family. Eric and I exchanged notes on the Filipino foods we grew up with and how are moms made different lumpia’s. I wish him luck on his new cafe and hope to visit it next time we are in the Grover Beach area.”

“Had dinner this evening and it was fabulous! Wonderful service we were a party of 7 and the place was packed and we were treated as if we were the only table in the joint. Every dish was to perfection ,the sauces were delicious ,the portions were huge and everybody had a to go container.We can’t say enough good things about this place we will definitely be back and I encourage all of you to try it it’s delicious.”

“I go here for lunch at least once a week for the last year and they've been slowly expanding their menu from primarily juices and smoothies to now offering a large variety of vegan dishes and other healthy meals with high quality ingredients and friendly service. I highly recommend stopping in for the soup and salad lunch combo in order to both save you a few bucks and also to have the opportunity to try multiple dishes at once and see what they have to offer! If you're in the mood for something with meat, they usually have albondigas on Thursdays and Fridays and it's amazing. Enjoy!”

“This place, oh man. I only got here because I followed the smell from the carne al pastor from one block away. I never expected to find myself with the best burrito maybe in all California.The carne al pastor was amazing, basically like the pastor that you would eat at home with your family. I’m fortunate to cross paths with this place. God bless you all beautiful people from Taqueria San Miguel for make this happen.

“Very very very delicious.. it’s been a minute where I leave a restaurant fully 100% satisfied and I was very happy and will be coming back. Just wish there was alcohol but they are in the process of getting their license. I got the shrimp cocktail and a taco de camarón de Culiacán and my husband got the 3 tostadas de ceviche which was served in a bowl with tostadas on the side! The best idea! We will be back hopefully next time we can pair it with a miche ??”

“Beautiful restaurant with wonderful menu. The dishes are fresh and full of flavor. We like to get a big pot of rice and several different entrees so we can share and have a little bit of everything. The orange and lemon chicken are a classic favorite, especially with the kids. I love dipping egg rolls in the lemon sauce that comes with the lemon chicken. I'm also really fond of their curry dishes. The restaurant has a very peaceful atmosphere with stunning decor and relaxing music.”

“This is a nice Vons with allot of self checkouts just be careful not the homeless people and the dark parking lot at night I sometimes have people hit me up for $ and it scares me at night because the parking lot is dimmly lit”

“Numerous non-dairy sorbet type flavors. Lots of cool ones like Dragonfruit and Passionfruit. Passionfruit was bomb. Even had black seeds. Kids liked their treats too. Only knock is this place ain’t cheap. $23 for 2 single scoops and a small mangonada”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE. Placed an order over the phone and they got upset with me because I don't speak spanish. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS but no longer. They messed up on the order and I had to pay for them to fix it. They argued with me even though I repeated the order multiple times over the phone. Shame you've lost a loyal customer especially since I really do enjoy your food. Oh freakin well. The lady at the counter was super rude and judgemental as well.”

“Bought a variety of Pan Dulce, and all were fresh, baked well and so tasty, perfect blends of cinnamon & sugar without being overly sweet. The fillings were tasty, but I’d prefer a bit more filling, but they were absolutely delicious.”

“Trying places in Grover and stopped in here for some nachos. The chips were pretty stale and chewy. The guacamole didn’t look like it had any avocado in it. I’m betting their other dishes were probably a lot better. I’ll go back and try their breakfast or tacos, but the nachos didn’t quite cut it.”
