“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

I had the dulce de leche first and it was amazing and the freddo expresso transported me back to Greece. Not everone gets it on point. I opt to try their OG stuff first so I went with their level 3 matcha latte in oat milk and their parfait to make my trip worth it! It didn’t disappoint me. “Love this place for amazing bionico! The crema is delicious, not too sweet and very savory. It can get busy from time to time but that is rare. It can also be a little noisy, but the place is bare bones. They make almost everything in front of their customers.

There is usually parking and the spaces are right in front.

“Not only adorable, but tasty too!!! I accidentally came across Sweet Box only because I wanted to walk off my lunch and the mall was an air conditioned place to do it. So I was wandering with no destination in mind and I come across the Sweet Box kiosk. So freaking cute!!! This place is NOT cheap and being that the macarons were so cute, I figured they only looked good but didn't hold much weight in the flavor department. I was wrong. I enjoy macarons on rare occasions because they are usually too sweet. However, Sweet Box did a great job with the balance of sweetness, chewiness, and presentation. I would definitely recommend this place to others. After bringing them home and trying them, I was thinking of who's bday was coming up so I could buy them some. Out of the dozen I bought, the Earl Grey was my favorite. The Strawberry was good as well as it had a real fruit flavor to it. Piece of advise. Don't let them sit in your car or in a warm area as the filling will melt. I learned the hard way. I still ate all of them though. The service was good but I did feel a little rushed. I didn't understand why being that there was no one in line but I did feel rushed. She wasn't rude but she kept looking over her shoulder like she had something else to get to.“

“I love supporting small businesses. It is the spot when I crave for cheese cake or need pick it up for potlucks and parties. I love the Japanese Iced cheesecake . It's light, not too sweet Percy texture and so delicious. They have the original , matcha , strawberry and Oreo flavors. You can either one flavor or a set of all 4.

The taro snowflakes is a must try, creamy taro sponge cake made with real taro.

This shop is clean, cutesy and is family owned and I was helped by the owner's mom, she's super nice lady, the owner makes all the cakes.

They take cash, Venmo and Zelle as payment options.“

Great place for Vietnamese style dessert drinks. Definitely try the pandan mochi waffle, it's amazing, eat it while it's hot. Better than the taro waffle which is too sweet. I tried the Thai milk tea today and it tasted pre-mixed.“

“I happened to be driving by and saw this shop. I decided to try it out and pick up some doughnuts for the guys at the office. Not only were the doughnuts fresh, the service was great! The women were very patient, fast and friendly. I am glad I found this shop. Most doughnut shops are very pushy and make you feel rushed. Excellent customer service. “After dinner, my daughter introduced me Overflo . This is trendy eatery inside the Source OC offering grab-and-go waffles, and ice cream.
We ordered matcha ice cream, I was expecting a full matcha soft ice cream, not a matcha topping on a white ice cream. For the price, it should be a real full matcha but maybe it’s the way is it for this place . The cup is kind of small, but great for sharing if you're not up for eating the whole thing after dinner .
Great service, the girl at the counter was helpful and sweet.

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“
