“I've been going to Pollo Loco 30 years and I was blown away by this location's stellar service. I felt like I was in Disneyland as everyone was warm, friendly, courteous and beyond accommodating. Nancy, Braulio and Nathaly gave incredible service from start to finish and even helped with getting the QR code rewards! The food was excellent ! Way to go PCH and Normandie TEAM! I will return and tell everyone to come here!“

“Great service! We called beforehand to confirm the kitchen would still be open, 6:30 pm on Sunday night when they close at 7 pm. Lady was super nice and kept saying of course, come in. We order ox tail noodle soup, crispy noodles with chicken and wonton noodle soup for my 2 young kids. More than enough food, each dish was between $15 and $11 and good portions each. The Lady also had a young son and the kids played at the end in the dining area bc we were the only table, which is a travesty. They should be way busier for the taste and size of their food. If you are hungry in the area, you should definitely eat here.“

They always have spevials and now the Skechers shoe line has all kinds of goodies for winter for work etc. Plus when you are in store you get much better prices than online today I got over 30% discount.

I ordered a junior burger combo (of course added jalapeños because I love everything spicy 🌶️), plus a plain unseasoned patty on the side for my dog. He was just as happy as I was. The burger was fresh, juicy, and loaded with toppings exactly how I wanted it.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. If anything, I’d love it if they had at least some beer on the menu—seems like it would pair perfectly. 🍔🍟🍺

“I order online and I got a cobb salad with extra chicken and cheese and a extra egg. I went thru the drive thru and I made sure that there was extra stuff in there and when I got home I was disappointed to see that what I paid for wasn't there. I called multiple times to the restaurant but it lead you to a corporate number eastern standard time. So I'm writing this to give my review I'm not happy with it.

Ok so I was able to get thru to talk to someone and I spoke to Greg and he put my order in again I'm on the way to pick it up

“The burger can be messy but the flavor is on point. The place clearly cares about flavor. The meat patty is cooked to perfection. Wear a bib cause its going to get all over the place. The pastrami is delicious and adds everything to top off a good burger. The breakfast burritos are on my cravings list. They know what they are doing and shouldn't change a thing. This was my first time ever eating at a Wienerschnitzel and I ordered the green chili dog and the Junkyard Dog With all beef hot dogs and they were delicious. One of my kids ordered the Blazin fries which he loved, one of my other son's got the pastrami dog which was also good and my wife got the bacon ranch fries everything was delicious. And if you have little ones my youngest enjoyed his corn dog too.“
