“The really sweet lady with the beautiful vitiligo had amazing customer service. I'm sorry I don't remember her name which is ironic because she was great at pronouncing all different types of customers names.
You don't realize how comfortable and cheerful someone can make your day just by being considerate, pleasant and pronouncing your name correctly. She even made sure it was correct most people don't care at all.
She definitely made my day. I really appreciate her professionalism and great customer service/people skills.
The food was ok but the reason people will definitely come back is due to her customer service she delivered exceptional customer service with a upbeat demeanor.

“At the Starbucks location on El Segundo Blvd, I ordered 2 Frappacinos. Upon arrival home, I realised that something was wrong as both drinks tasted as if they were coffeeless. I drove back, and they gracioisly remade them. Again, both drinks tasted coffeeless. I have never returned anything I have purchased at SB's, I am a Gold Card member, and I often purchase Frappacinos. Frustrated, I drove to Starbucks on Rosecrans Ave in explaining what had occurred. I asked if I could purchase a shot that would rectify the situation. Niko, taking orders, said they could remake the drinks for me, which surprised/impressed me. This is an excellent example of super Cust Serv & reinforces why I am a loyal SB's customer. Please acknowledge Niko, as they are a true asset for your company.“
