Starbucks in Hawthorne

“Dani, Abby and the morning team are the absolute greatest. I am always welcomed and greeted warmly by everyone in here and it really makes my day, especially if it’s starting out rough. The food is great for little snacks and I love to sit and read here, as it’s a nice ambient location with not too loud music. The food and drinks are always served professionally and kindly. Please give Dani Abby and the team a raise/promotion. They’re truly the best!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!“

“Starbucks baristas deserve the world because I lost my mom in February of this year. Can't drive and had to walk to the store in 89 degrees in June. This Starbucks is near the store. The female Barista there saw me gave me a large ice water and a sandwich. Sitting with me until I cooled down and felt better from heatstroke. Starbucks has the sweetest baristas, god bless you guys :)“

“I forgot to get her name but I’ve never had a refresher before and one of the baristas recommended the mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and I added 3 pumps of liquid came. It was so good ! When I see her I will make sure to thank her! I found my new favorite drink! ?? “

“The really sweet lady with the beautiful vitiligo had amazing customer service. I'm sorry I don't remember her name which is ironic because she was great at pronouncing all different types of customers names.

You don't realize how comfortable and cheerful someone can make your day just by being considerate, pleasant and pronouncing your name correctly. She even made sure it was correct most people don't care at all.

She definitely made my day. I really appreciate her professionalism and great customer service/people skills.

The food was ok but the reason people will definitely come back is due to her customer service she delivered exceptional customer service with a upbeat demeanor.
If she's not the manager or the training manager she should be.“
