The bagels stay soft for more than one day, unlike their competitors whose bagels become bricks overnight. I go out of my way to buy from here. Oh, and they have a great selection of bagels, cream cheeses, and breakfast sandwiches.“

“I meet up with a good friend of mine. We try to meet for breakfast every Friday mornings. Ihop has a wide verity of breakfasts to choose from. They have a great senior's menu. Because we are regular customers they treat us like family. You order your food and in about ten minutes they bring it to you, nice and hot. Very reasonable prices. The staff who work there, are kind, curtious. and very friendly.“

“Parking is an absolute nightmare, but good atmosphere and service overall. The food portions are a bit too big (I know complaining about that seems snobbish, but we're talking about breakfast) and it needed some more seasoning. I do not recommend you order eggs Benedict on bagel bread; it's too much bread and takes over the plate. But overall a good place for breakfast and brunch, just mind the lack of parking.“

The real knock about this place has to do with acoustics and how the noise travels. It's so bad, when there's a lot of people in the restaurant, it's difficult to have a conversation with a person sitting directly across from you. Maybe sitting outside might be a better option.“

“Wow, from the second we stepped in, Emily greeted us with a smile, took us to a table and ensured that we had beverages right away. Even though this was a busy Sunday morning, we felt very welcome and attended to. The dip in the food rating is due to my Benedict with fully cooked yolks, but again, it’s a busy Sunday and for that to be the only concern, the team as a whole is on point. Jesus was very efficient and has great timing for check in’s, talk about a multi-tasker!
On our way out, I was unsure where to pay the bill, both the manager and Emily immediately offered help to get us out and on with our day.
After having a few in consistent experiences at another location, we are so excited to know that our new neighborhood IHOP has an incredible team and will be our new go-to

“I'm fascinated with this I-Hop. The last time I went, I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. The waitress even yelled at me because I told her she'd gotten my order wrong. But... I went back last Sunday, and believe me, I barely waited for my table. There are more employees now, and EVERYONE is really friendly, very attentive, and truly makes you feel welcome. A big round of applause for the staff. I highly recommend it. You'll be very well taken care of. It's located in Union City, CA 94587 (Union Landing).“
