“Been going here for years. Nice to see that they freshened up the place. Plenty of parking, pretty easy access off the road. Great burgers, most of the time the fries are nice and hot, in fact really hot
That's the way I like them . The burgers are generous for the lettuce and tomato and there are plenty of condiments. You can get sodas or shakes or both.
There are other locations around the East Bay, not as many as there used to, but they're all pretty much equally good including the two that are on MacArthur boulevard, one near High Street and one near fruitvale.
All in all, one of my go-to burger places.
Pro tip, have plenty of napkins ready or just bring your roll of paper towels that you keep in the car.“

“This restaurant is always good if you’re in for comfort food like a great burger and a literal bag of fries alone with a nice cold shake made like they were in the 50’s! Overall great service and awesome staff that care about their customers! The meat is made all to speck in-house and aged for 24hours and the fries are steak fries made right!“

“5 star but I really want to taste at a 1 solely on prices. Absolutely absurd. The average person cant afford to eat here. #4 meal is $16, but then you add $0.75 for CHEESE!! $2.00 more for bacon and $3 for avocado! And entire avocado from food max right next to here is only $1. The food is good but prices definitely not justified. Its a burger joint, not a fancy restaurant. I cant come back.“

I was gonna drive to San Leandro but I said let me just go ask the manager to make me a worthy burger let’s see if he can do it. Sure enough I order directly from the manager and he gives me a great burger with the beef cooked, fresh, hot, and fries were not too hard. They were soft and delicious and not cold. First time for everything. I recommend you order from manager directly at this location otherwise you’re in for the Hayward experience lol“

“My husband and I go out to dinner every now and then. We have been here twice now and the food is awesome. I ordered the double char burger with cheese and bacon and my husband had the Santa Barbara Cobb salad today. Everything was great! The portions are reasonable and the salad is fresh! We placed our order through the automated kiosk and our food was ready within reasonable time. No problems whatsoever! My husband is in a wheelchair but everything was fine with that and they do have accessible seating in there. It's in one of the newer landmarks built by the city of Hayward so the entrance is inside the parking lot as opposed to the door on the sidewalk on foothill so keep in mind if you get confused 😺 was very happy overall with everything 🐈“

“I meet up with a good friend of mine. We try to meet for breakfast every Friday mornings. Ihop has a wide verity of breakfasts to choose from. They have a great senior's menu. Because we are regular customers they treat us like family. You order your food and in about ten minutes they bring it to you, nice and hot. Very reasonable prices. The staff who work there, are kind, curtious. and very friendly.“

“My appetizers were good. My kid loved his food. My food wasn’t good. My steak wasn’t cooked properly/ it seems as if it was steamed and it was extremely chewy. My green beans were overcooked and mushy. But the experience overall was good! Service was fast and my waitress was very nice.“
