This McDonald's location in Hayward is known for its friendly staff and cleanliness. Customers appreciate the fresh food and teamwork among workers. One particular employee, Cindy, is praised for her knowledge of McDonald's policies and customer-first attitude. The drive-thru cashier is also commended for their great attitude and service. Despite some issues with coupon acceptance at another location, this McDonald's on A Street offers a pleasant and efficient dining experience. The menu still delivers classic favorites like Double Cheeseburgers and Apple Pie tarts, all at an affordable price. A go-to spot for those looking for a budget-friendly and enjoyable meal.
