Le Chef Bakery (San Francisco)

Bought a cheese pocket danish at AJ's in Scottsdale, AZ. Let the store and within 10-15 minutes split my rear molar in half. Called AJ's and spoke to the manager and asked me to save what I could he then said he would pass this on to legal and I would be getting a letter from them which twice now I didn't. I have been working for a company for 10yrs that uses Le Chef wholesaler for our Bakery. I can honestly say that 75% of their products are Excellent. But the other 25% is Horrible. The biggest issue in is the Blueberry muffin batter, Cranberry Trio,Lemon and Original Bran but Mostly the Blueberry. It is so thin and runny that it just goes flat instead of rising. You can not shop here unless you have a wholesale account so this review is probably not applicable to most. The products are of professional quality however their prices have been slowly increasing over the years, which now many of the items are not worth the value. The macarons are a great value and super yummy ... however the individual desserts I believe are overpriced.
