The oysters tasted fresh and briny, and the crawfish, seasoned just right, were a pleasant surprise. Beyond the seafood, the buffet includes a solid variety of Chinese-American classics like General Tso’s chicken, lo mein, and egg rolls, plus a hibachi grill station where you can pick your own fresh ingredients and have them cooked to order. The sushi selection is modest but fresh, with basic rolls and nigiri that make for a nice appetizer. For dessert, there are fruit options, small pastries, and soft-serve ice cream to finish. The dining area was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient at clearing plates, and the price felt very fair for the quality and variety offered. I don’t have much experience with Philly cheese Steaks, but I do know that this sandwich gave a good amount of meat, the cheese (which is apparently special cheese) is rich and creamy, and the bread is soft and fluffy. His son who was about ten-years-old was putting pizza boxes together, and he strolled his daughter in a stroller around asking everyone how things were. “Chuya’s Mariscos is an absolute gem The food is amazing, and my personal favorite is the Ceviche Mixta with green lime and onion it's always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

Chuya, the owner is incredibly personable and has such a beautiful soul. She truly makes every customer feel welcome and appreciated. The quality of the food is beyond a 10, and both her service and her staff's service are above exceptional.

“I’ve visited this Starbucks several times, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience with Gabriel at the drive-thru window. Every time I come through, he seems rushed to get me away from the window. He quickly hands me my order without much interaction, and his attitude comes across as unfriendly and impatient. There’s rarely a smile or even a simple friendly greeting.
I understand that the drive-thru can be busy, but good customer service is still important. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, not like they are being rushed out of the window. I hope management can address this because I really enjoy Starbucks, but experiences like this make me think twice about coming back to this location.”

“NEWER REVIEW:
Ordered this week (Jul 9, 2026) for delivery via Grubhub and and downgrading from 5 stars to 4 stars for Overall and Food because the Pad See Ew had no sweet soy sauce in the dish or on the side, making it very dry. I don't have sweet soy sauce at home, so ate it as is.

The portion was generous; however, it was not prepared properly, and had way too much tofu and not enough of the Chinese broccoli. For $15, I expect a dish like this to be prepared properly.

Veggie spring rolls were very good.

Hopefully they get the Pad Se Ew right the next time, because that is a tough dish for me to find delivered in Hemet.

OLDER REVIEW:
Recently ordered for first time Yellow Curry with tofu (mild); 16 oz. A La Carte
Chow Mein, add basil; 16 oz. A La Carte
Mix Vegetable, add basil (all pictured).

The food was good but the curry was thicker than I am used to, so I added some distilled water to it for a better consistency.

Nice that I can order a la carte items and just mixed them together at home the way I prefer.

Ordered for first time this week via Grubhub. While the Cream Cheese Wonton and Veggie Rolls were tasty, they were nothing to rave about.

However, the Pad See Ew (with added fried tofu) is the best I have had in a long time and will definitely order it again.

The food here is great, with some cold & hot sandwiches, salads, and soups. Additionally, the coffee here tastes great as well, actually tasting of coffee and not drowned with too much milk. The only lackluster issue here is that the time to order may take awhile due to staff not being at the register or the food taking a while to come out, but the comfort here makes waiting more bearable. One of the better-kept places here is both modern and delightful. Hope for it to stay for many years to come in this community.”

“no picture, I ate the taco but I’ll post a different one later. I went to la cabana and ordered one chicken hard taco. Then I went to a neighboring well know taco shop and ordered the same thing. I wanted to see which one tastes best. Hands down La Cabana won on each factor. The meat was tender and juicy and shredded, the taca shells were close but la cabana again was more flavorful. The quality of product like lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce were better in freshness and quality and cut. I asked for pico de guió and la cabana gave me fresh home made in two small containers. The packaging was better as well at la Cabana. It came in a nice plastic black container with room to move. The other taco place did not give pico de guió that I asked for. They gave me red sauce. The staff at both were friendly but again la cabana was more interactive and engaging and cared about my thoughts and requested I tell her which taste better. I did. So that is my review. La Cabana is so far the best taco in this town. 5 stars across the board.”

“I was just passing through on the way to the Central Valley and happened upon this spot on Google, and I am so grateful I did. This was genuinely one of the best latte/pastry combos I’ve had in a long time.

I opted to try their new honeycomb (a toffee made by the baker they carry in-house) mixed with mocha. The result was a perfectly sweetened and nutty and chocolaty drink that was easy to sip and to top it off (literally) they add a chunk of the honeycomb toffee that deliciously disintegrates into the last for sips for a sweet n crunchy finish!!! I paired it with the crispy salty/sweet honey butter milk bread toast and the owner warmed it up on the espresso machine for me to boot!!

The service was excellent and so so friendly, you can tell all the goods are thoughtfully made and curated. I was told hours are a bit specific usually, so I got lucky - but let me tell you, this spot is worth making a special errand for. I know I’ll be fitting it in my next road trip route.”

“Went to visit my best friend and she suggested this sushi restaurant. Very nice looking inside, atmosphere is calm and food was delicious. I ordered a Caliente Roll and tasted delicious with a tiny spice from the jalapeno. She recommended the garlic edamame (I've never tried it before) it was delicious and very garlicky, which I love. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because our waitress seemed to be rushing us a bit, specially when it came to the check. She did come around like 3 times to collect the check and we were just not ready. Her service was good and attentive but I don't really like being rushed to leave.”

“Very friendly wonderful people working there, excellent quick service and delicious food. It had to have been close to 20 years since Mom and I had eaten at Arby's as there is not one that close to her home. So it was a wonderful treat for us and we will be back for sure! Only negative is I slipped on a wet spot on the floor. Luckily I was able to stop myself from falling. Another patron saw what happened and reported it to the people working there who promptly came out to make sure I was alright. Like I said before, wonderful staff and food and we will be back!”
