“I'm 74, and I was thrilled to see that Dwight's was still in business in Huntington Beach. I remember them (and their famous strips) when I was a teenager. I would lay on a towel with my transistor radio, some strips, and listen to oldies on K-earth. GOOD MEMORIES. Great food. My Aunt & Uncle would always say, "Meet us at Dwight's, between lifeguard #3 & the pier."“
“My mom worked at Santa Ana College where this cart is located. She LOVED her coffee. When the time came to plan her Celebration of Life, an event which we planned at the College, we knew we needed to get a coffee cart there to serve her favorite coffee beverages. Scott, the owner, was extremely polite, professional and pleasant to deal with, and also extremely sensitive to the nature of the event, which I really appreciated. The cart served 150++ people at our event. I heard RAVE reviews about the "best ice blended drinks" people had ever had. The barista was polite, worked extremely hard even in sweltering weather, came early to set up and stayed late for the last few people to get their drinks. I highly recommend The Drip for your private events, and I've heard from lots of friends that are planning to stop by the college just to get another ice blended coffee drink. Thank you, Scott and The Drip coffee staff. My mom would had loved that you guys were at this event!“
“This the best taco stand in town. My boyfriend and I always order the Al pastor burrito with cheese. I sometimes get the Al pastor tacos, and they usually add pineapples to them. I honestly think it's way better than Leo's Taco Truck.“
“(Translated by Google) Very delicious pork gorditasI can't comment on the other food because I tried the pork rinds and they are the only ones I always order(Original)Muy ricas las gorditas de chicharrónNo puedo opinar de la demás comida porque probé las de chicharrón y son las únicas que siempre pido“
“Had the most amazing experience with these folks! I grew up on this beach and Jack's was a very fond memory for me. Eating "taco strips" and renting surf rider rafts. We are back in CA for a 50th anniversary trip and happened to get an RV slot right behind them and I recognized the name. They were closed as it was mid week off season so I messaged them through FB to verify it was place place I remembered. A 4th generation "Jacks" owner messaged me right back and sure enough, they are the original Jack's! Even though they were closed for remodeling, they made me a big basket of their homemade taco strips with salsa! Thanks, Dustin, for a fun walk down memory lane!“
