“The Ria is one of the best pizza spots in southern California. Their Detroit Style pan pizzas are one of a kind. I recently tried their seasonal Peach pizza - it had the perfect balance of flavor, and something you wouldn't find at your typical restaurant. I plan to go back again soon!“

“Delicious food and smoothies! I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was the best I’ve found. The honey mustard salad dressing on my green salad was amazing. My husband was actually adding it to his chicken sandwich. We enjoyed the vegetable split pea soup down to the last drop. This lovely little restaurant has a very friendly vibe and we could hear repeat customers engaging the owner in conversation and laughter. We plan to become repeat customers too.“

“I like the food and the service when I sit in. I have ordered from the app for pick up a few times which is really convenient! However, each time I order a greens and grains bowl, it seems like a much smaller amount of food compared to when I walk in and ask for the same ingredients at the counter. I’m still hungry after eating the pick-up bowl. I’d prefer if they added more greens and grains at the bottom. Thanks!“

“On our vacation and during the very busy US Surfing Open weekend, this place was super accommodating and allowed our family of 15 to reserve tables for dinner when other restaurants were full. The gyro wrap was the best I've ever had anywhere! I came back the next day for another one! Would definitely recommend! Location right across from the pier is great!“

“Super tasty, unpretentious, simple sushi. Came in for lunch, the waiter pointed out a special close to what I had wanted in case I didn't see the better deal. Had a beer in the coldest mug ever! Spicy tuna and a cali roll were served quick on the same plate. Veggie tempura was filling and good. Also had the rice and miso soup, all were good with no discrepancies. My only drawback is presentation, no wow or zaz in the serving. 10/10 would still come back for lunch or date. Fast and attentive service.“

“Whenever I am nearby for work, I make this place my go to place for lunch. The prices are great for the quality of food I get. While I am a sucker for a great sandwich, their breakfast menu is well deserving of praise as well. I've already introduced this place to several co-workers who already know whenever I am in town, this is the place we will go to. The staff was warm and welcoming. The seating area is inside, so it helps on those hot days. I look forward to trying a burger one of these days.“

“Growing up outside Philadelphia, I’m always on the hunt for authentic Philly cheese steaks. John’s has excellent cheese steaks and has been a Huntington Beach favorite for decades. The bread is amazing and baked locally which is a key ingredient to simply amazing sandwiches! They stuff a lot of meat and cheese and peppers and onions in there, and the result makes ya wanna shout, “Go Birds!” Someone will probably shout it back, too. If you like cheese steaks, yeah, get em the way ya like them at John’s!“

“A friend recommended this place and we have driven by it a gazillion times but never tried it until yesterday. We have comparing local pizza places and this was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the combo pizza and were very happy, very tasty and had a great texture and body to the pie, better than most we have compared to in HB. “I have been going to Thai Pepper for decades now. There food is always just spot on and the lunch special of $9.95 is a great deal. You get an entree in which I always get The Mint Leaves Chicken, fried rice, two fried wontons and a salad. My only suggestion would be to put the salad in a separate little box so it does not get hot next to the hot food. Other than that the food is excellent and great prices. You can get it mild to very hot on the spice! I stick with mild and my friend always gets the level 10 hot, hot, 🔥🥵 HOT. I would die, but different strokes for different folks.👍🤤🎉“

“One of the nicer Panera Bread locations. Great seating options. Great for work, social, meetings, free WiFi. Food was fresh and good. Got the New Parm Salad and the Hearty Chili (both were good).
They don’t have as many order kiosks as some other locations. But that’s not a big deal for me. I’ll definitely be back to work and dine.“
