“I ordered my vegan birthday cake one week ahead of the date needed, and the cake was ready on time for pick up. This vegan baker is an artist, and working with her to design the cake was very easy, I let her lead the process and the cake was incredibly beautiful.
I don’t think I could have gotten a more beautiful cake even in Los Angeles City.
The cake was delicious, moist, flavorful and a decadent treat. The pickup was quick, and packed to perfection including a no slide patch in side the box so the decorations were not damaged in transport. Decor, a candle, matches, and a cutting knife were all included. The whole process was top notch professional. The attention to detail and presentation showed this bakers passion for her work. I feel that the price was 100% worth it, and competitive for the going rate. The party was awed by the cake, so money well spent. I will definitely be ordering again! Too bad I didn’t get a photo before we cut the cake!
I almost forgot to mention that when the cake was served, the room fell silent because everyone was taken away with how yummy the cake was.“

“Bossy Bundts reached out to me to share that for the holiday season she'd be using a gift box I designed as her keepsake. In our exchange, I saw all the beautiful sweets and goodies she makes and she was so generous as to send me a cake to try! Even though it came from all the across the US, her bundt cake was so soft, and so moist, and the flavor was just so right, that the cake didn't survive the photo I planned to take of it, because by then it had been eaten lol. From the one cake I tried, which was the coconut one, I am a fan. and I look forward to ordering to try some of the other flavors that other reviewers have recommended. Thank you Bossy Bundts! She went beyond my expectations for sure. She made another amazing cake which was yellow cake with Chocolate Ganache. As you can see we have enjoyed the cake. “You should stop by this kiosk, they have several locations in Los Angeles, we’ve been to all of them depending on where we are ?. All the cupcakes taste exactly the same no matter which location you purchase them from. There are over a dozen flavors to choose from ( lemon meringue, chocolate marshmallow, triple cinnamon, banana, s’mores, lemon bar, strawberry, chocolate, confetti to name a few) but less options from the kiosk.“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“Disappointed to say the least the ice cream wasn’t made properly, the employee was least bothered to even ask what I wanted. It felt like so much pressure to just ask for a sample and decide if I wanted that, the loud music made it so hard to hear the person and for the person to actually even listen. Wanted to take it to go but wasn’t even asked if I wanted that and felt forever to ask for a lid. Not to mention the ice cream literally has no toppings except the m&ms paid more than $10 to get nothing but a bad tasting ice cream.
Edit: The manager followed up and was kind enough understanding the situation and offered to make the ice cream and make it right. That was really sweet and I appreciate that since I got the ice cream after a few days from my initial visit and she remembered me, also gave me the sample for churro ice cream!! Made my experience better“

“The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Just like this ice cream, the employee made everything sweeter.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . So get use to it it’s happening all around in a lot of businesses .“

“I have been going to this bakery for many years...about 30 years but not sure if it's the same family. They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). Great for a quick trip when you need milk or eggs, but you get to treat yourself too.“
