Eat here often since I drive a lot, ordered tacos and poppers , Jalapeño poppers came back a bit lacking, for the first time in a long time for the record. Called up, a Mister Carlos promptly apologized and fixed my order for me, little to no delay. Good customer service, good food, but watch them poppers.
Drive thru was closed for power washing and dining room was closed after hours. A bit confused, I stood outside and showed the workers a screen shot of my mobile order. They promptly got my order ready and came to the door to hand it to me. Very friendly and courteous staff!
The new ordering kiosk is very difficult to use.
